website said lobby was open, front doors were open but they tell us that they can't serve us in the lobby due to being short staffed.
This should be posted on the website or at the very least put a sign on the door. very disappointed. We went to Lee's instead!
The employees need to start telling the costumers at the drive thru menu that something has a wait time. instead of waiting till u get to the window to pay then see them put all your food in bag. Then tell you there's a 4 min wait on mozzarella sticks. Knowingly your food that is in the bag is getting cold. I told them I didn't want to wait & asked for my food, they wouldn't give it to me so I had to freaking wait. Guess what all my food was cold besides the mozzarella sticks.....read full review
