This is not 1 time in particular.... This is more often than not.... I'm talking about the way they microwave the food to heat it up... Why am I getting a hamburger with hot lettuce hot tomatoes... Each item should have a different temperature, ( at least give us the illusion that Is the food is fresh.) There's also a lot of times, when they're out of something, like mocha coffee.. I took this Burger King over in July as the RGM and I’m pretty proud of my team and the work we have done. There’s been some disgruntled customers and x employees that have had some not so great experiences with this location and I can reassure you that I will do my best to change your mind and make your experience better. When you go to Burger King you don't think about fish but think again, the BK Big Fish Sandwich is made up of a panko-crusted fillet with tartar sauce, pickles, and lettuce on a brioche bun and if you want to spice it they offer a Big Fish Fiery option too.
