3 strikes and you're out! This makes the third time we have had a bad experience at THIS Popeyes, so thats it. Ordered 3pc chicken strips, honey bbq sandwich, reg chicken sandwich, spicy wrap, fries, and mac and cheese. They completely forgot the chicken strips, didnt get those. The reg chicken sandwich had nothing on it but 2 pickles (had them hold the mayo, because they would have put a ton Im sure), guess no other toppings are needed at Popeyes, yeah, mid. The Honey BBQ sandwich was just a reg chicken sandwich but with bbq sauce instead of mayo, wow what an entree... Fries, were fries, guess Im glad they didnt mess that up, clearly they know how to use a fryer. Last but not least the mac and cheese....wow, the worst, most disgusting mac and cheese Ive ever seen. Either it was left over from the previous day, or they made it like that on purpose. It was a congealed blob of burnt cheese, completely inedible and disgustingly greasy. Oh and my wife actually picked the stuff up, and she said when the girl handed her the bag of crap food, that she stared at her for an uncomfortable amount of time. That to her made sense when she got home and noticed we didnt have the chicken strips. Almost as if the girl was waiting to see if she was going to open the bag and check. Never again Popeyes, my heart and colon thank you Englewood store!

Ordered the $20 9pc tender meal. Comes with a large side. I asked for mashed potatoes. Then I ordered a 2/$5 sides, fries and red beans and rice. The girl handed us the food (drive thru), we asked if that was everything, she said yes, so we pull off a bit. I check the bag, and my fries, mashed potatoes, and sauces are missing. So my boyfriend goes in to get them, and they give us a regular size of mashed potatoes. Prompting another exchange. Competency is questionable at best.
