We have been going to the englewood tim hortons more than once a day for several years. The people that we have encountered were very nice and polite. We always have our dog with us and they always gave him a doughnut or a pup cup. Recently they closed down the moraine location and we were told their manager was coming up to englewood along with some of their crew. Since that time after they arrived we have had terrible and rude service from these new people. We were also told...

This isn't exactly about this store in general, but all of the stores ...... Why in the world don't locations add sugar to their coffees?!? Or why is it always half milk with a splash of coffee, do you not train employees how to make coffee?? It's sad when you order a latte and it's mostly milk, or latte with 0 sugar, I have been to Tim Hortons Englewood/Dayton/Xenia etc and have yet to get a decent coffee🤣😂

No matter who I deal with I always get treated like gold add all the workers who are there get my utmost respect for always doing a great job no matter what time of day I really appreciate the employees and this location they're always kind to my kids no matter who it is and it's a good location with good food special thanks to Sandy and Timothy and one other young gentleman that I can't remember his name but he has a mustache and he's great as well
