I love this Tim Hortons! Though there are only a few left this is one of the best! I love their atmosphere their customer service is always professional and friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot including the drinks. I appreciate and adore this team. It's also a different kind of experience. They take their time and get it right and is efficient.

We have been going to the englewood tim hortons more than once a day for several years. The people that we have encountered were very nice and polite. We always have our dog with us and they always gave him a doughnut or a pup cup. Recently they closed down the moraine location and we were told their manager was coming up to englewood along with some of their crew. Since that time after they arrived we have had terrible and rude service from these new people. We were also told...

This isn't exactly about this store in general, but all of the stores ...... Why in the world don't locations add sugar to their coffees?!? Or why is it always half milk with a splash of coffee, do you not train employees how to make coffee?? It's sad when you order a latte and it's mostly milk, or latte with 0 sugar, I have been to Tim Hortons Englewood/Dayton/Xenia etc and have yet to get a decent coffee🤣😂
