Great food when made correctly. When I did have an issue I tried calling and no answer. Went to store next day and they stated they quit answering the phone at 8:30 when they close at 10. Remind you I called at 8:41. They did replace my sub but was not friendly about it.
Great location with great food. While no fast food location is perfect (I worked 3 years in fast food), this location has great management and they are committed to make it right. I recently purchased a meal which had an issue (the only time for me ever to have an issue at this location). I called and spoke to the manager, she looked up my receipt and pleasantly agreed to make it right with me. I am very impressed with the level of service at this location.

Preordered online and built the sandwiches the way we like them. Wife and I have different tastes, and she's lactose intolerant. So, they were special ordered the way we like. Picked them up and when we got home, neither sandwich was built correctly. Both had cheese, and the cheese slices I wanted were different than what we ordered. It was bad. The only good thing were the cookies. Can't screw them up. It's the only reason I gave them a two star.
