If I could give zero stars I would. After giving this location far too many chances, I am done ordering here. I am the type of person who no matter the grumpiness of an employee, I will try to cheer up their day. But the same employees are always SO mean here. Then these were my tacos (with quartered thin burrito shells), steak that was unable to be chewed & my half full (yet paid full price) guacamole.

I stopped in here at 4pm on a Friday. This team looked like they just finished a three hour bar fight and they had another one coming up this evening. The kitchen was a mess and about 8 employees looked like they didn't want to be there. I bet they have a high turnover rate. Anyways, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted while they frantically ran circles. This location needs a captain at the helm.

Never clean up the trash, can’t keep a stocked or clean kitchen. Christy at the front is the rudest employee I’ve met and that’s a low standard for chipotle or fast food. New management needed and this could probably be a decent location.

We order our food online. We sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to pick up our food. When we got to the window no one greeted us for over 10 minutes or asked what our order was ( despite it sitting right next to the window). When we got home I realized my order was almost completely wrong. When I reported the issue they offered me a free drink. Not even to comp my meal. This was probably the worst chipotle I've been to.

Food was great! Staff was incredibly friendly! I appreciated them being patient as we had to pause our ordering to get our kids in line. It was a long day of travel in the car, and I'm embarrassed to say our kids acted up while we were trying to order. I apologized for the disruption, and we were able to place our order.
I loved that there were other restaurant options right next door, and comfortable outdoor seating. Referencing aforementioned unruly children, being able to find something for everyone was necessary for all of our sanity! Being able to eat outside was also a benefit, as I'm sure we would have unintentionally disturbed other diners. Overall very pleasant experience! We very much appreciated the staff!

The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. I got home with my food went to go eat it and there was plastic in my food. Tried to call the store could not get a hold of anybody in the actual store in the call center would not even direct me to somebody to speak to, so I go back to the store in no apologies. They tell me they can remake my food, but they are out of everything and clearly can’t make what I paid for so then I asked for a refund she can’t refund me because I didn’t have the card that we paid with because I left my fiancé home with our 7 month old. Could give me a gift card or anything to make it right. My service while I was there getting my food was awful. Out of what seemed to be 10 employees only one employee was semi helpful and the poor guy had to ask somebody four times to get him corn and nobody answered him and he had to go get hisself. I hope to hear from the General Manager Raven Pope. Left store with no food and they have my money. This is not acceptable. I should not get food with plastic in it.

Does it really take 10+ mins to make queso when you have a drive thru window and regular line as well? Waited 10 mins then finally threw in the towel and then they didn’t even offer to make me a new burrito after they left it sitting on the line for queso. Very unorganized staff.
