The most inconsistent chipotle on this side of Columbus. Ordered via app for drive thru pickup. Once again…did not get a double portion of brisket that you pay an extra $7 for…brisket tasted like it was from the bottom of the pan…no flavor and forgot salsas. Even going into the store no matter what time of day..it’s dirty more often than clean…always out of at least a couple of main ingredients. Save yourself time and just make the extra drive to the heath or Pickerington chipotle…depending which side of town you’re coming from.

Second time we have placed a order on line and they were out of chips but they can't refund you. You have to call the 1-800 number and they don't do a refund they put it on your account. Not very professional.

Disgusting dirty tables strewn with food on table tops and seats. No plastic utensils or napkins available. When asked for ignored, then was told I just got here after asking a different person, instead of handing me what I asked for, he walked right past. Had to use a cane to walk to get one. Ridiculous!

Worst experience ever and a complete waste of money. Half filled bowls with 5 pieces of lettuce and if lucky 2ozs of chicken. If you wanna waste money on a snack this is the place for you. Workers should be ashamed sending out bowls like that.

It's like any other chipotle's food, just depends on the cook that day. Good efficient workers at this one and it's always a clean lobby. We go about once a month.

Dietary restrictions: Good for keto if you get a bowl and skip the rice and wrap.

Parking: It's all one way driving around the Chipotle and Starbucks to park or drive thru. It can be confusing if you're not familiar

Honestly, If I could go negative with stars I would. This chipotle is so inconsistent it’s frustrating. I can never count on the three most important things when ordering food from an establishment… freshness, customer service, and getting your correct order. This place regularly serves food that is so cold and dry like it’s been sitting out forever. The meat is never fresh, the rice can be hard, and the food is typically cold. The employees at the window are usually rude, have no manners , and do not know how to treat customers.

If a store is going to be open till 11 Pm… you need to serve the same quality food at 11Pm as you do during the dinner rush. Don’t give the scraps leftover from the lunch or dinner rush.

I got my bowl tonight… it was super sloppy and not filled up like it should be(for the price). The entire bowl was cold like it had been sitting on the shelf for 2 hours.. (I showed up exactly at my requested pickup time).

I hope who owns this store starts taking it seriously. This store in particular has given Chipotle a bad name around here. (Which they’ve earned).

As much as I am not a hot heads fan, I think hot heads is going to be my go to from now on. I’ve never been treated poorly, my order is always right, and they always give you a plentiful amount of food that you pay for.

For once, I hope this review does something and chipotle as a company takes this serious. They need to take over this store because the owner couldn’t care any less.
It’s taken quite a few times for me to write this review. But I’m officially done with this. It’s pathetic! Do better chipotle. Take pride in your name, your product and your stores.

Walked in and waited while 4 employees who were clowning around walked past me and didn’t offer to wait on me. I asked for the manager only to find out she was one of the ones ignoring me too. I walked out. Probably a good thing because the food containers were barely full and what was in there looked greasy and burnt.

Chipotle, the pinnacle of fast mexican-esque food. Classier than Taco Bell but definitely not authentic. Inflation has taken its toll on the pricing, but Chipotle still strikes a good value for the money.

This location did not disappoint today. The Chipotle chef masterfully crafted my steak bowl with the speed and precision worthy of a Michellin star with the mandatory warning of "guacamole is extra". Being a Chipotle conneseur, I was aware of the guacamole tax, but it is well worth the money spent for that creamy deliciousness.

Make sure to get some of that smoky hot sauce for added flavor if dining in. It elevates the dining experience in a wonderful way.

Extremely disappointed in my experience tonight. I usually come to this chipotle location and they have slowly gone down hill over the last few months.
Ordered for pickup and got home to find that one of my bowls was completely wrong. Paid for brisket, it was chicken, paid for guac, missing guac. It has mild salsa on it, which I didn’t order but it was missing sour cream and hot salsa? It’s like it wasn’t even the correct bowl at all. Plus I was missing chips and the tortilla. I realize I was missing chips before pulling away and was told to contact the 800 number for a refund because they were out. Much to my surprise it wasn’t just being out of chips that I would have to worry about.
How disheartening that after all the backlash chipotle has been facing lately that they still can’t seem to get it together on a Saturday at 6:30pm.
