Someone took my order and they replaced it. Very nice of them.
I’m disappointed with the service experience at this Starbucks location. We ordered two iced matchas and food. Sofia’s matcha was prepared and handed out immediately, then the food was ready as well, but my exact same drink order was missing for about 20 minutes.

This Starbucks really can’t be beat when it comes to service. The staff is unfailingly kind and the atmosphere always feels incredibly positive. I’ve been to many, many different locations, and the staff here are by far the best.
