33 Best Coffee Shops near Etna

“We do a weekly men's group/Bible study here. These are broken men; former drug addicts, alcoholics... the worst parts of life that have recovered and are living a new life. Starbucks might have a public perception of being politically antithetical to this, but they are quite the opposite to us. They are always super hospitable and friendly, and all of the nicest things you could say about them. Props to the workers putting in the work, management and the owners. Just want to say thank you. You are doing great things.“

“Best coffee!! Big fan of their Ube Iced coffee! They have a great flight of coffees to choose from. Amazing Service and the owner is so accommodating and nice!! Highly recommend!!!“

“Hands down the best coffee! ☕️“

“Great coffee! I loved their Galena location. One of the best cups of coffee around. So glad to have them in Alexandria now. And, they carry my favorite bagels!“

“The husband and I had a great time! Will definitely be back. We had breakfast and I had a milkshake. All was very good. I’ve enjoyed this place when I was a teenager, now coming back a married adult is pretty neat 😀“

“Thank you for recommending I try a new drink this morning!! You explained it so well and talked me into something different. It tastes amazing! Always a good experience whether I sit inside and relax or grab something and head out and start my day.“

“Stopped in for the first time. So glad I did. I got the affogato w vanilla bean gelato. 10/10. It was so good. Customer service was also outstanding. Support small business by going to Sorso instead of Starbucks next door. You won't be disappointed.“

“My girlfriends and I come here once a month for breakfast before we go and play board games all day. First of all, the food could be terrible but we’d still come back because the wait staff is so personable and friendly. But the food is also always amazing so that is a perk! It doesn’t matter who our waiter is they all seem to meander over to say hi. Always so attentive and genuinely seem like they’re happy to be at work. I can’t wait until our next visit.“

“Amazing friendly staff! This is now my routine coffee stop! Clean, fast and efficient! Highly recommend“

“Joe Vino makes ordinary coffee runs super special. From adorable seasonal drink specials, extraordinarily friendly baristas, and delish bites to eat (I love the chicken salad on greens!) stopping in is always the right choice!“

“Great pastries and coffee and atmosphere“

“Stopped in after a track meet with my track team as we stopped to grab some things for the road back to Cleveland. The welcome from the owner was amazing and hospitality by Howard and other workers made us feel welcomed. Also the food was good pizza very delicious. Would recommend and would stop again. Thank you for the service.“

“Coffee was great! Place was dead and girl could have not interrupted me twice when speaking with her. Part of customer service is just being open to what a customer may be saying. Least she thanked me now get the heck out of here. Would have been 5 stars as the coffee was good for the time of day.“

“Awesome donuts!!! Definitely recommend!“

“This place has been a blessing to our church and our community. The staff is always very friendly, the food is always delicious, and the place is always clean. The staff does an impeccable job keeping the place clean and serving their customers. Highly would recommend it.“

“I normally have very good experiences here but have recently been having an issue woth one of the employees, I believe her name is Rashumma or something similar. She's is not welcoming, never smiles and barely speaks to the customer. She seems as if she doesn't want to be there. I understand working retail is difficult but it isn't that difficult to be kind and respectful.“

“Pretty loud guests. I felt like I should move to some people's tables since I was a part of their conversations. It was like a competition on who could talk louder by a few. Great, prompt service. Employees were extremely nice and accommodating. Fairly clean restrooms. Limited parking.“

“The coffee was great. They know how to make their drinks. But they were not very welcoming, no acknowledgement when we walked in and we stood at the counter waiting to be serviced and felt ignored. Someone could have said we will be right with you, or something. Anything. I know they were busy but still could have said hello. But, we went for coffee and got our coffee.“

“I've been to this location twice in the last week & I have to say how amazing Crystal (in the drive-thru) is! She has been so up-beat & friendly both times, that it makes me want to stop here when I'm having a rough morning! Thanks, Crystal!“

“I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.“

“Always Awesome an fast and friendly 😊😊😊“

“Got to sit and eat. Awesome 👏“

“This is a convenient location inside of Target! They make the drinks perfect every time and they are always super nice! Today we got the tall Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade, tall Matcha Lemonade, tall Peach Green Tea Lemonade($11.95 total). They were all delicious.“

“Staff is always friendly! Even when the line is long it moves pretty quick. A special shout out to Lisa Decarlo. Her upbeat attitude and kindness is always refreshing! Truly though I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and all of the staff is kind“

“Well, I'm partial to Dunkin' so for me it's great. I feel like more places should have a Dunkin' in their store. This is a self-serve located inside the Flyin J travel plaza. They still carry their house brand for the non Dunkin' fans.“

“This Tim Hortons location is awesome! All the workers are amazing and the ice cap is always delicious! Excellent customer service every time! 100% recommended!!!! Every morning I stop by the drive-thru and see the familiar faces like Sherry, the manager, Annie and Emily among all the other friendly folks who make my morning! I enjoy their smiling faces and appreciate their attentiveness. Kudos to them all day every day!“

“Always Awesome an fast and friendly 😊😊😊“

“Placed my order online. The order was ready when I went to pickup. This location is a little tricky to get into and out of. The parkinglot and drive thru are small so watch for people and cars. The inside is nice, plenty of seating. I was not greeted whennI entered or went to the counter to pick up my order.“

“This is a decent location. However, sometimes you get a barista with an attitude. Back in the day, employee’s were overly happy about working at Starbucks, but these employees don’t seem to care… Oh well, I still shop there because I like Starbucks. ?“
