“We do a weekly men's group/Bible study here. These are broken men; former drug addicts, alcoholics... the worst parts of life that have recovered and are living a new life. Starbucks might have a public perception of being politically antithetical to this, but they are quite the opposite to us. They are always super hospitable and friendly, and all of the nicest things you could say about them. Props to the workers putting in the work, management and the owners. Just want to say thank you. She's is not welcoming, never smiles and barely speaks to the customer. She seems as if she doesn't want to be there. I understand working retail is difficult but it isn't that difficult to be kind and respectful.“
