The coffee will be different everytime! I think it truly depends on who is working/making your drink. I’ve ordered the same drink many different times and sometimes it’s waaayyyyy too sweet, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bland; orders are unpredictable which is not ideal. I usually get 1/2 pumps because a majority of the time the drinks are way too sweet.

However, the bagels are delicious! I’m pretty sure someone makes them homemade and it’s definitely one of the best bagels I’ve had :)

“I recommend the craftsmanship on the coffee, but I’m disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for. Times are hard right now. When I ordered a 20oz Cappuccino and got home, it was more like a 12oz. I still drank it and still taste wonderful. I’m just wanting other people to be aware. Consider my extra $2 a donation to the business.“

“We do a weekly men's group/Bible study here. These are broken men; former drug addicts, alcoholics... the worst parts of life that have recovered and are living a new life. Starbucks might have a public perception of being politically antithetical to this, but they are quite the opposite to us. They are always super hospitable and friendly, and all of the nicest things you could say about them. Props to the workers putting in the work, management and the owners. Just want to say thank you. You are doing great things.“

“I normally have very good experiences here but have recently been having an issue woth one of the employees, I believe her name is Rashumma or something similar. She's is not welcoming, never smiles and barely speaks to the customer. She seems as if she doesn't want to be there. I understand working retail is difficult but it isn't that difficult to be kind and respectful.“
