I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.
I had to return something to this Kroger and the staff was knowledable and friendly. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. While at check out, I noticed that the produce I had chosen was not as it should be, and rather than just put it aside, a young many volunteered to go get me another package while I finished checking out. When I started to leave without one of my bags, another young employee made sure I took it. They were all wonderful to work with....read full review

Rachael was my barista and she was amazing! There was a line and she was very nice and personable. When she spilled a hot coffee on herself she just smiled and said sorry I’ll remake it. Didn’t get mad just smiled and was so nice!
