Went 20 minutes our of my way on a trip and it says opens at 6am but at 9am it was closed. The worker laughed in my face when I asked if they were open and wouldn't even tell me why they were closed.

Rachael was my barista and she was amazing! There was a line and she was very nice and personable. When she spilled a hot coffee on herself she just smiled and said sorry I’ll remake it. Didn’t get mad just smiled and was so nice!

I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.

I waited 15minutes and was the only person in line inside the store. I watched 9 employees working with 6 of them having social hour and doing nothing. The line of cars outside was 10 deep. They finally gave me my drink and when I got to the car it was the wrong order. Worst mismanaged starbucks I’ve ever seen. No labor shortage there, just a bunch of employees doing nothing.
