Amazing customer service and great atmosphere!
This Starbucks has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated. The vibe here is also really great—comfortable, relaxed, and a perfect place to grab a coffee and unwind. You can tell the team really cares about creating a great experience for their customers. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations! ☕❤

Pretty loud guests. I felt like I should move to some people's tables since I was a part of their conversations. It was like a competition on who could talk louder by a few. Great, prompt service. Employees were extremely nice and accommodating. Fairly clean restrooms. Limited parking.
I just want it on record: this is the best Starbucks in Columbus as far as good drinks go. I wish this location could train the other locations so we didn’t have to drive 20 mins to get a quality macchiato or iced matcha 🍵 🤣🥲
