Exceptional Starbucks location — the staff is highly professional, attentive, and consistently focused on detail. The service quality stands out, and the overall experience feels elevated from the moment you walk in.
The coffee was great. They know how to make their drinks. But they were not very welcoming, no acknowledgement when we walked in and we stood at the counter waiting to be serviced and felt ignored. Customers recently visited this Starbucks Coffee Company location. One person had been avoiding Starbucks due to a change in oatmilk and watery drinks from employees not shaking it. However, the drink made here was damn good, and they would return. Another guest received the absolute best customer service from an employee named Ehynocence, who made them feel comfortable and welcomed. The cappuccino with oatmilk was made just right, and the service was very good. The place can be cleaner, as the floor was very dirty.
