I stopped in here at 4pm on a Friday. This team looked like they just finished a three hour bar fight and they had another one coming up this evening. The kitchen was a mess and about 8 employees looked like they didn't want to be there. I bet they have a high turnover rate. Anyways, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted while they frantically ran circles. This location needs a captain at the helm.

Food was great! Staff was incredibly friendly! I appreciated them being patient as we had to pause our ordering to get our kids in line. It was a long day of travel in the car, and I'm embarrassed to say our kids acted up while we were trying to order. I apologized for the disruption, and we were able to place our order.

The consistency with the food is hit or miss; sometimes it’s spot on, other times it seems like the seasoning is off and the doneness is off. Most times I eat in, the dining area is messy (tables not wiped, trash full, etc.). Not my favorite location.

As encouraged by the reply, I submitted an official “review” to Chipotle Support.
