Go to the East Cleveland store. The pizza at this location IS NOT the same. The Crust taste like those cheap pizzas you buy at Save A Lot.

I don’t understand why this location is open. They never have half the items on the menu. They stop cooking food 2 hours before the time they close. And the customer service ppl are rude and lazy. Another mom and pops franchise embarrassing us as a culture.

First time I tried this location, it was not done. The veggies were still crunchy. My second time trying it today I purposely asked for it to be cooked well done & to make sure the veggies were done. I picked it up, it looked fine. I got home and it wasn’t done. The dough was still doughy & so soft it was falling apart. I called to tell them the poor quality of the pizza and they told me all they could do was remake it if I brought it back. That’s “their policy”… At this point I’m all the way at home. I asked if I could get a Discount on my next purchase instead and they told me no. I paid them $23 for a pizza that wasn’t anywhere near done. I shouldn’t have to travel all the way back to the store to get something fixed that should’ve been done correctly the first time. Poor service and extra poor food quality. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Not good like the one in East Cleveland pizza crust is too thin something off about it I just don't know if it's the pepperoni's or the sauce

Online ordering not accepting orders on a Sunday night. Also, the mailers they sent out include QR codes which don't scan or are extremely difficult to scan. Menu online also does not match the provided menu at all.

Very disappointed with my experience at this express location! Been patronizing this establishment for years and this is NOT the Angelia Mia I know of! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The pizza was so salty and tasted burnt! The crust was paper thin and very flimsy. It was so hard to even chew! Something said turn the pizza over and it was burnt. For the price that's absolutely ridiculous! I will never be back there! Won't even recommend it!! Give me my money back!!

My first time at this location. Decided to try it since I been patronizing the other 2 locations for years. The pizza tastes good but the crust is not the same. It's on a thinner side something I did not expect. Why change up? It was perfectly ok. If it's not broke dont fix it.

This was a little different than the one on euclid Ave, but an excellent pizza in it's own right. Toppings and cheese were perfect. This was a very thin crust, but homemade one. It's like a new York style crust, I enjoyed it. I've had pizza shops for years and I'm not really impressed with how most places make a pie, and Angela Mias has always been solid. These guys are doing your name proud. I was very hesitant to try them, mainly because they share space with Adam's Place who is officially the worst diner around, sad because they used to be so good. But I'm glad I tried them out and I'll be a regular. Highly recommend.
