I ordered through DoorDash and my overall experience was great! I received my ordered on time with all the correct items, the food was still fresh and hot, seasoning was to perfection and I was a satisfied customer. I will be back Baby D’s!!!! Thank you for the awesome service!!!

First time I've ever tried these wings and I MUST say, the BEST WINGS I've EVER had!! I always have to say extra crispy. Not Baby D's. Their wings were ON POINT! I'm from Mentor and wish they were closer. Will be looking for Baby D's at festivals. Thank you for the awesome wings!!

Waited 40 minutes for a Chicken Philly and was gobbed with mayo. Fries were good. After De-Gobbing the mayo it was okay. The sitting area is very cold and the clerk will ignore you talking on her phone. The TV is loud and conflicts with the rain playing in the back. You've got to order an hour ahead of you want to eat.
Vegetarian options: There are none!

This place has horrible customer service, staff aren't friendly. They will mess up your order and be upset you're asking for a refund or for the food to be fixed. The business is filthy don't spend your money here it isn't worth it!
It seems as though they put call in orders in between people who order from inside. My niece and I placed our orders right after one another. Mines came out within 30min. Hers wasn't ready until 15-20 min after mine. Mine you, we both ordered the same thing.🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

They can say what they want about the lil extra wait time my chicken is always the same and that lemon pepper playa flavor and buffalo is cook to perfection not those lil wing dings nice size ones cook to perfection not all cooks can do that from a cook to another I know that’s a skill grease controller 🫡
