I've driven past this shop many times, but decided to venture into Bagel Buddy's on a Thursday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they accepted Apple Pay, as I'd forgotten my wallet. It's a very small, mom & pop diner-ish. You can tell it's been a family-run business for a long time and that they are beloved in the neighborhood. There's a small counter and a few booths in case you wanted to eat in. In addition to the bagels, there were also some donuts and other desserts, as well as drinks in a few coolers. They have the typical bagel offerings including plain, sesame, and salt. They also had some unique options like french toast and jalapeno cheddar. I opted for a sausage, egg, and cheese on a rosemary bagel. The sandwiches are made to order so I waited for about 8 or so minutes. My bagel sandwich was $7.28, which initially felt kind of expensive for a simple bagel sandwich, but inflation, I guess. The sandwich was warm and toasty and and bagel itself was pretty good. I didn't really enjoy the sandwich as much because of the sausage and cheese. I had asked if they had turkey sausage, but they didn't so I went with the pork. The sausage was kind of strange. It looked like it was ground sausage kind of put into a link, but not really. I was expecting a patty or smaller links, but this was not that. It was also super light so I wasn't sure if it was cooked through. This may sound weird, but it tasted too fresh for me hahaha. Like it came straight from the pig to the counter, which I hate to say, but I'm used to a more processed sausage patty. I also don't eat pork a whole lot, so it just wasn't for me. Additionally, the sandwich came with American cheese, which I'm not a fan of. I usually ask for cheddar or something else, but forgot this time. About a quarter of the way through, I took off the sausage and most of the cheese and just ate the bagel and egg. Overall, the service was friendly and fast. I love the small family feel of the place, and the bagel was good. I would likely go back for just a bagel with cream cheese or maybe a bacon sandwich, but I don't know about the sausage bagel.

Husband came home with bagels and a cinnamon roll for breakfast today. The garlic bagel was absolutely amazing and covered in garlic on both sides. The cinnamon roll was delicious with a perfect amount of filling and frosting. Husband said the lady who owns and runs the place was super sweet. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive.

I grew up in Cleveland and never knew about this little gem. Bagels had a great thin crispiness to them, were soft and chewy with good flavor.

I love coming here! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I love the maple swirl sandwich if I’m in a sweet and salty mood. I also love their rosemary bagel with regular cream cheese. I love supporting this family owned restaurant. The ladies working there are friendly and work hard. ?

My wife and I were in Cleveland for a get away weekend. We are from butler indiana. We stayed downtown and decided to go for a drive along the lake Saturday morning. We wanted some breakfast, drove by bagel buddies, turned around and stopped. Gotta say it was awesome! Felt like we were in our small town not Cleveland. Great bagels great service! Thanks Jon

Great bagels, donuts, pastries and coffee. Eggs and such if you want full breakfast. What more do you want in the early morning?

My husband and I stumbled upon this place today while in the area. Drove about an hour to get here and wanted to grab a quick bite before a game we were going to. Not only we’re the bagels so good!! The lady working there (possibly owner - manager ) was so kind. We ate our breakfast outside and then ended up going back in to grab a few bagels to take home. We had a nice conversation with her. Very warm and welcoming. Cute little family business.
