I’ve been here a couple times, never really too busy m, never had a problem. Last night, same older white lady was behind the bar when I arrived around 1:50 AM…. My people were already prior to, soon as I sat down by the pool table she came around the corner and asked me what was I drinking? I told her I was not drinking and she said you cannot be in here if you are not drinking anything. Even though my people had plenty of drinks and he always tips when he goes there, She was very rude with a nasty attitude and when they were almost done playing pool, she said make that y’all last pool game even though they wanted to play at least another game. It was only 2 AM at that point….. I don’t know what her beef was with our party, but they said she had a bad attitude before I even arrived and we are not a large, young or overly loud disrespectful crowd. Upon departure, I tried to tell her that if she was going to do a customer service job she needed to have a better attitude and she proceeded to get rude and I got rude back. People only act like that because they’re in Euclid, right down the street from the police station. They would never do that anywhere else in Cleveland… do better cause everybody not playing.

It's cool because it's a mature mixed crowd...no food. However, they'll let ANYBODY behind the bar. Knowing drinks and proper ingredients, service, and bar etiquette are major major. The very reason why there's only 4 people total on a Saturday night.

Service and atmosphere is amazing. This is one of the cleanest bars you'll ever go into. Owner and staff are fantastic people,I highly recommend.
Bar 23 is a nice place with friendly people. The owner had recently a lot of work into it with a full kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is not ready yet, and I can't wait until it is. I'm sure the menu will be good, and prepared well.
