Typical garbage food and service from Euclid's fast food places...if you don't have at least fifteen minutes to waste don't stop here. Never have I waited less than that...Don't even think about getting DoorDash from this place because your order won't be right and trying to get a refund from them is ridiculous...their burgers are mini-sized like it belongs on a kids menu...Their Whoppers are still good though so that's all I usually get...

Sitting in the drive thru on A Friday at 8:00 waiting 10 - 15 before each order is being taken. What the heck is going on???? You can't go in tbe store because it's closed. Terrible service!

Buns were not fresh, ground beef patty wasn't flavorful as they once were. Please bring the King back ! The French fries as well as onion rings need to improve. The best part of the visit was the survey, sad but truth. LET'S GET IT TOGETHER B K !

More than 4 cars in line youll wait 45 minutes. They've never once have had a complete order right. There's 6 people there and 4 of them are on their phones.
This is the worst place ever. When Covid was over and restaurants were able to open up again, they were welcoming and kind. Now they are back to their old ways. This place sucks. They are rude. I promise I’ll never go back there. The one in Willoughby is much better. Shut this one down.
