Can’t order online, only takes cash, has very limited hours and when you call to order a half sheet they tell you that you need 24 hour notice. It’s like they don’t even want to stay in business. Went across the street to pizza now instead and had a much better experience

Only place to ever pop up in my mind
I've had pizza from the best pizza joints in Chicago, New York, and I must say Carmellas in Euclid, Ohio is the best pizza joint in the area.
Cash only, no dine in and excellent service!! When in the Cleveland /Euclid area and in the mood for pizza, I'll definitely have Carmella's hands down!!

This has been one of my favorite pizza spots for years. It’s been a staple of the community. I know ownership has changed hands recently and I was hoping that they would not change a thing. Earlier this year when I got the pizza that was the case. Same old Carmella’s — I was grateful.
However this most recent experience was disappointedly different. I’m not sure if the cheese was different or just the lack of cheese made it taste different. Similarly with the sauce, I thought it was close to the classic taste but I’m not sure if the portion of the ingredients used were changed or if some were eliminated altogether.
Most importantly, Carmella’s pizzas used to take a bit longer because of the way they were cooked in the oven and it was so worth it. This was definitely not the case this time.
My advice to the new owner(s), I beg you, please please don’t cut corners for any reason and ruin this neighbor gem. I wish you nothing but success.

Yesterday, I bought a pizza, but the two employees who were working handed me an old one. I placed my order at 8:10 PM and picked it up at 8:35 PM, but the pizza was not hot. I didn't notice this until I got home and realized that he had taken my pizza from the top on the other side. I'm very disappointed because we didn't enjoy our dinner.
Everything about the pizza was fantastic. You'll have no regrets.
I wasn't impressed at all the dough was too much and a lil crunch to it, no sauce at all I love pizza but I will not return.
Best pizza!!
Pizza was fantastic and was not heavily greasy. Service was quick but it's a cash only business.
