Called on line to put an order in. I got there to pick up my order they couldn't find it. I told them I order on line. Gave them my phone number but still couldn't find my order. They girl asked me what I order. I told her not realizing one of the spare ribs tips came with rice. I also order 1 lg fried rice , small wonton with shrimp chips,
Exta sauce .86 for 5. Only got 3 had to ask for my shrimp chips also didn't get my rice with my meal. The girl total my order it came to 23. around when she put my order back in because she couldn't find it but i paid 32. Something. Im not one to complain but when you blame me for not finding the order it doesn't sit well with me. She also told me if you order on line its a 3rd party its like ordering with doordash. Without ordering through doordash. You get charged extra for ordering on what I thought was there web site. After I left a bit upset she called me and found my order. She then told me I should of told her all the other stuff on the order. I didn't have a menu infront of me nor did she give me one to tell her everything. I did leave out shrimp chips when she asked me my new order. Instead of apologizing she blamed me for my order. I have to say they USED to have good service and good food. I dont know If I will be returning. I know times are tough but when you find the order after I leave and say I should of told her my right order doesn't sit well with me. She asked me to come back to get the rest of my order I told her to just keep it. I was already home.placed the order at 5:55 she called me back at 6:59. Never did say sorry for the confusion. Just hung up. Customer service just isn't what it use to be.

I went to get a boba and they took like 30min I literally waisted my break for no reason! And the restaurant wasn’t even busy at all the girl that took our order was doing everything but making our bobba so never come to this place if you need to order something simple and just have 30min.

We ordered $40 worth of food. The Ham fried had no ham (maybe a tablespoon of finely diced/shredded ham)
The Chicken LoMein, had no chicken as well.
We ordered 4 egg rolls, that was overcooked, our jaw bones were tired. And to top it,,,all this food they only gave us 2 packs of Soy Sauce,, 2 packs, REALLY! I will NEVER go to them again!!! We had to throw it all away, it wasn't edible, and no sauce for the food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered Chicken Habachi…..

This is what I got. About 1/3 of a chicken breast and lots of random veggies swimming in a weird sauce that was almost the consistency of gravy. The fried rice was decent. This was definitely overpriced, considering the portion of chicken served.

This was my first time eating here. We ordered the Pu Pu Plater (For 2). It has large portions, Spare ribs, beef on a stick, egg rolls, crab rangoon... The food was good, but missing something. I guess it wasn't as favorable as I am used to. I had planned on eating something else but was full. I will be back to try some other menu items.

So i had delivery, making the call was easy, they said 35 minutes at 6:15pm, i waited till 7:10pm to call. Im a diabetic, my sugar levels at the time of the call was 86, so when I called they put me on hold, when they picked up they asked my address, when I told them they told me in a quick fashion that it's coming. 10 minutes later food got here. My general tao chicken was cold to the touch, the rice was somewhat warm and so was the egg rolls. I had to heat with already low sugar the food again and when I tasted it, tasted bland. Ive been ordering from this location for 10 years. They usually fast and food piping hot and flavor out this world but lately it's been not so great. I think it's going to be a second before I try them again. Not sure what's going on with them but as someone who worked in the restaurant and hospitality field this isn't the quality you want to be giving out especially to a diabetic on low sugar. It will sink your business fast. I pray they can be as good as they were before this.

Great meals every time we go, staff is friendly and helpful always willing to recommend something new to try. Clean and very well maintained interior as well as exterior. Prices are very reasonable for the large portions that you receive.

Freddie Ballard
