And yet again here we are with a new team new managers as well and today (-October 28,2024-) and still thru just can’t get it right why don’t you have any type of chess why don’t you have sour cream, corn like come on note. Where is corporate, why aren’t you stepping in this is a On going issue this location isn’t even 3 years old I think, no more than 5. HELP..!!!

Had to ask for my order and help while 2 workers and cashier stood and just looked at me, when I asked was everything in my bag, take-out associate said yes with an attitude just for her to call me back into store to get queso sauce

I work for one of the big hospital systems in Cleveland and we ordered catering a week in advance for an event. Received all of the emails that our order was received and would be delivered within a certain time frame we requested. The order ended up not only arriving 45 minutes late, but they did NOT INCLUDE BOWLS!!! for 55 students we were serving lunch to! They also did not include enough sour cream (1 container only for an order for 55 people). We will never ever order from this location again. Horrible experience, and the door dash guy said this location is notorious for having bad service. Huge disappointment!

This Chipotle always runs out of steak amongst other items as well. Who knows when they will make more. I prefer to go to another chipotle if possible. It's always something unpleasant there so I recommend another chipotle. I might have had a handful of pleasant experiences.

I'm trying to figure out how you order one thing and receive something completely different? Not one thing but the whole order, runny sour cream, beans I didn't ask for, a quesadilla I didn't ask for with burnt meat to boot... the original 2 quesadilla meals I did ask for were meat with weird cheese in a uncooked tortilla.... and no sour cream, while it was runny they still didn't add it... like I see why the rating is so low, like the workers just put whatever they want in your order and expect you to be like, oh, ok.. like who is in charge? Because this is unacceptable...a 2.9? Yea just shut down already..... stop hiring all these lazy folks who don't care forreal.

My favorite Chipotle's in Cleveland. It's claimed the service is good and the food is always good. I've been to other Chipotles that seemed to always be out of something that you want or some other problem this Chipotle's is not like that. I highly recommend it
