Food was amazing! Prompt service, and the yams were great! I felt like I was extended family! Shout out to Apache, Ice, and Blondie! They really made me and my daughter feel at home and the food was great. Check out the chicken and dressing!

I had the soul bowl the first time with fried salmon, mac & yams. I would give it 8/10. I just spent $35 on another bowl with oxtails, Mac & cabbage I’m sooooooo DISAPPOINTED! I asked for mild oxtails that were STILL spicy tasted like jerk & they were soooo overcooked! Cabbage spicy, & the Mac was dry today . I won’t be returning

Me and my wife ordered about $50.00 worth of food from Crenshaw’s and when we ordered the food we were told that the pot roast came with carrots and potatoes there was other items we ordered over the phone in which I will get to momentarily,also the SOUL FOOD restaurant had NO…… cornbread or muffins. with two grocery stores approximately 10-minutes away. So we drove 45-minutes to this restaurant picked up our orders and drove back home to more dissatisfaction and here it is…… The pot roast was very salty with no carrots or potatoes and dry,The perch fish I ordered was cooked hard as a brick and big as the fish on the Flintstones,The macaroni &cheese was from the box Kraft box and then cooked in the oven with no other cheeses you would cook from scratch,The dressing was over saturated with sage and just awful,The only side that was decent was the collard greens. We were very disappointed with our first try of this restaurant. We will NEVER PATRONIZE it again.if any of you think that this food is great then you never cooked before or had someone that can cook make you a soul food meal.

This place is still coming together. The yams are ok, Mac n cheese I sampled from my friend was ok. The yellow rice needs more seasoning. The all star was the orange roughy. This is an okay spot for soul food. I liked how the fish was fried.

I just want to say that they food is amazing their fish is fried perfect they're yams collard greens mac and cheese all sides are very delicious you would think that it's a 80 year old woman cooking in the kitchen every time I go there me and my family to eat we are never disappointed I really appreciate them being so close by my house because when I don't want to cook on Sundays I can go there and have a great Sunday dinner I appreciate y'all cousin
