AS AN A DEDICATED DUNKIN’ DONUTS COFFEE DRINKER, I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THIS DUNKIN’ DONUTS EVER AGAIN ON LAKESHORE IN EUCLID OHIO. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST IN THE NATION IF YOU GO AFTER 3 PM JUST BE READY FOR THE WORST INTERACTION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW TO RECEIVE MY COFFEE THERE WERE FOUR GIRLS ON THE PHONE. THEY DIDN’T HAVE MY DRINK RIGHT WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM. I WAS JUST GONNA TELL THEM HOW TO CORRECT IT, BUT I WAS GIVEN AN ATTITUDE AND LAUGHED AT BECAUSE I TOLD THEM THAT THEY WEREN’T REPRESENTING THEM THEMSELVES IN THE MANNER AS TO CARE ABOUT THE BRAND THEY WERE WORKING FOR. I WILL NOW BE GOING TO THE BRAND NEW LOCATION IN EUCLID, OHIO ON 260TH AND EUCLID, WHICH IS ONCE AGAIN BRAND NEW FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY DRINKS ARE NEVER BAD WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO DUNKIN ON LAKESHORE..

A few months ago I ordered a iced coffee from the drive thru, and both trying to get the attention of the young girl working in there and my order right was a exercise in futility. When I finally got my order through I pulled up to the window to pay and noticed the young lady that took my order (probably a high school student) was playing on her phone and wasn't even bothering to make my drink or come to the window to take my payment. This is for a large iced coffee that cost $3.85 these days by the way. When I saw that I pulled away and left. There is no way I will ever pay for service like that.

This Dunkin donuts would be great if they would make their coffee the correct way . Their coffee is very weak taste like water and cream . This is the only location that has this problem. Tower City location ,and this one totally different . I like the sandwiches here ,and the workers are nice but I'm not gonna buy a cup of coffee flavored water .

Great people always friendly, always good food.Always good drinks, just always friendly and nice and a good place to go and chill, especially if you're just going for a walk on the lake near the parks near here we try to go as much as we can when we're in the mood for donuts and coffee or just a simple little refresher

This place is horrible my husband came thru the drive thru and ask for a sandwich and hash brown and the sandwich only for the sandwich to have nothing he asked for o it besides cheese and bread and the hash brown was so horrible it was like the same consistency as a paper plate and then the woman at the window couldn’t understand a thing and on top of that he got really sick from eating there ! If I I could give this place zero stars I would yall should be ashamed
