Ang was my server and I want to thank her for showing me and my daughter kindness. She was on top of everything and so sweet. I am currently going through homelessness so people treat me like crap based on my appearance and it felt really good to be treated like a human being again. Thank you ang. I will always remember you. You may not realize that your natural personality and kindness goes so far with people, stay sweet and thank you for being our waitress today. We're going to a homeless shelter tomorrow and this was our last meal out before we headed to the shelter. You gave me hope, it doesn't always suck here on earth. Some people out there are genuinely good people still . Thanks for giving me hope in humanity :) ?

This is a neighborhood bar and restaurant. They serve difficult American bar food. I like their panini sandwiches chili chicken wings and pizza. This location the acoustics aren't the greatest and it's kind of noisy. So when I have the chance I sit outside.

I love the food and have been to most of their locations in lake and Cuyahoga county. Just don't bring me a burnt pizza and fail to give me napkins. That's your one job and you failed. I'll still come. Maybe not here though.

The staff is amazing at this Paninis. I had my birthday party here and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. When I walk in my drink shows up. That's great service and why I keep coming back. Cheers!
What I didn't like was the fact that they charged us gratuity 20% and then charged a percentage for using my card. A $13 meal ended with me paying almost $19. No notice of the charges until the check came.
