I purchased a beef rib dinner on Mothers Day and 1 piece of baked chicken. I did not like the meal at all the greens were okay but the Mac and Cheese beef ribs chicken was not good. The customer service was very nice and pleasent. I wasted money I will never eat here again.

The lady who answered was very pleasant even when I picked the food up a lady was very nice and sweet. Based on reviews i was so excited to eat my food and my $5 slice of pie. I’ll give the service 5 starts but the food was not really good and the pie was store pie definitely not homemade. Maybe I should have asked I guess. They were affordable. But I won’t eat there again food 2/10

We stopped by Gram Gram’s Soulfood and picked up two “Snack” size meals, each just $11 and packed with flavor. One was the smothered chicken with greens and mac and cheese, and the other was the roast with gravy, paired with mac & cheese and dressing. Every bite tasted like it was made with love — classic comfort food done right.
The service was fast, and the person who took our order was incredibly warm and welcoming, which added to the down-home vibe. The portions were just right for a hearty snack or light meal, and the flavor was exactly what we expected from a soul food spot — rich, savory, and satisfying.
The only small critique we had was the cornbread, which could use a little tweaking to match the excellence of the rest of the meal. But all in all, Gram Gram’s delivered a delicious experience that we’d happily return for.

My favorite place to grab lunch in Euclid. I've been coming here for several months at this point and, though I am guilty of ordering the same thing every time, it never disappoints.
The prices are fair, the folks that run this place are very nice, and the food is delicious. Whether I'm having a good day or a bad day, Gram Gram's always makes it better.

I ordered food from this location and I must say..YAY! The food was well seasoned. No added salt or pepper necessary. The portions are on point. I received enough meatloaf to feed 2 people but not complaining. Ribs were tender as well. Prices are reasonable. I'll keep patronizing for sure. The only negative comment is the dessert. They could use a baker to help their business grow. Everything else is on point so why not the desserts. Thank you Gram Gram for your friendly staff as well. I'm very picky on food quality and happy to support you. Great place to go for a week day or Sunday dinner. I wish I could bake cakes for you..sorry🙂

Called in order ready went i got here. Smothered Chicken and Dressing, Yams, Greens and Mac. I'll give them a 6 overall. Chicken 10, Yams 5, Greens 6, Mac 5, Cornbread 3. For me not cooking is hit my spot. Being a cook the dressing tasted like stove top. All and all it was worth it. I WILL GO BACK.\\ MELVIN
