I ordered pizza. Pepperoni mushroom extra cheese and extra sauce. It was a weird taste. You couldn't differentiate any of the individual flavors. Like the pepperoni didn't taste like pepperoni at all it was weird. I used to like them but man this was funky.

We normally have a great experience with Guy's Pizza in Euclid. However, this time, it was awful. My husband tried to order two medium pizzas and before he could get the full order out, the guy hung up on him. He called back a second time to confirm the order, and asked if they needed a name and AGAIN he was hung up on after the guy yelled the price at him. He called back a THIRD time to confirm the order and when my husband said "it's two mediums - one cheese and one pepperoni" the guy taking the order got an attitude that one of the pizzas was requested with pepperoni. This incident took place on 11-3-24. This is unacceptable service. We're not picking up the order, and we're going somewhere else for pizza tonight because we have no confidence that we'll receive what we ordered when we show up at the drive through.
Thank you for an awful experience. We'll likely never order from this location ever again because of this one experience with this one employee who is not fit to be in the service industry.
