I order a bowl of cabbage…SALTY! They claim they don’t use salt. Poor customer service from the manager. She didn’t even acknowledge me about my concern to the employee until I approached her. She claimed she “tasted it” in the back and it wasn’t salty. She then proceeded to ask me what do I want her to do about it just because I didn’t like it. Then walked to the back. No problem solving skills at all. “We don’t give refund for you not liking it”. No offer for anything else to be provided to make my service better. Won’t return.

I hope this place never closes. Been coming since 2020. Have yet to be disappointed. Plantains are to die for.

A Gaming

Food is delicious! Only complaint I could say is there is no indoor seating. I go there for lunch when I'm at work, but soon that will be over until April, and I will miss it!

This is my second time trying and I can’t really get into it. The jerk is way too spicy. The Mac was decent but isn’t really the Mac you expect from Jamaican food. The cabbage was just about the most decent thing. I feel like if you have any GERD or acid reflux, avoid the meat. It’s so hot you start to forget the other flavors of food.

Take out only have 5 bar stools to dine in, food was okay. I must have ordered from a different location the 1st time I had it. Jerk not spicy and doesn’t taste grilled low and slow. Overall food was good. Went with a group. Quick and great service

Great spot. Fast casual type of place. Ordering is kind of similar to a Chipotle (but more structured). Order at the counter. Pay at the register. A few tables outside for summer. If this is your first time, a safe bet is going with the jerk chicken bowl. The plantains it comes with are amazing. The chicken has a great flavor, but the last time parts were a bit chewy (first time I've ran into that so hoping it was a fluke). Parking lot behind the building. Go, it is a great spot.

This place should be ashamed of themselves, they charged me $26 for an oxtail dinner with three oxtails, rice, a small section of cabbage, and 4 plantains, highway robbery, the oxtails were tough to add insult to injury, please don't waste your money at this place, I could have went to another Jamaican restaurant and fed me and my wife for $26, and ended up getting 3 oxtails, and one of them was extra small so it really was 2 oxtails, will never waste my money here again.

The food was fantastic. I've tried for a little over 2 years to try the food at Irie Jamaican Kitchen in Euclid. I ordered two boxes of oxtail with rice and peas, one jerk chicken box, a bowl of curry chicken, and a bowl of brown stew chicken with 2 servings of cornbread.

The oxtail was cooked 👌 perfectly, the meat fell right off the bone. The cabbage and mac and cheese were good as well. As a Florida native, this food made me feel right at home. I gave it a 4.8 out of 5.

The curry chicken was my favorite. Nice rich Jamaican curry flavor. I really! like the fact they cook this dish boneless, just like the brown stew chicken. I had no worries about breaking any teeth while destroying this dish. I gave it a 5 out of 5.

My son had the jerk chicken he said it's a 5 alllll day! 👍🏾

The last dish was the brown stew chicken. While I am more of a fan of Trinidadian stew chicken, the Jamaican version is not that bad 😁. It's cooked in the same manner as the curry chicken. It's boneless easy to eat, good flavor and portion size. I gave it a 3.9 out of 5.

Honorable mention, the cornbread. It was GAF. I'd appreciate it if Irie had a hot and ready sign out front so I can get a batch. 😁 awesome cornbread. 5 out of 5

Overall score 4.8 excellent
