The service is very very very very very slow. Employees don't put in any effort. Jimmy John's is normally a quick grab but at this location it takes about 20 mins for a basic sandwich.
i went in here today to get a number #6 and im honestly disappointed with how it turned out. for one the bread was too hard, i’ve been a jj employee and making bread is literally the easiest thing to do… even making an sandwich. not only did i order extra oil and orengo i can barely taste it and its like they don’t know how to make the oil the correct way. , my sandwich wasn’t cut and it was just a dry mess. i understand new employees needing to learn but it ain’t hard...
