I usually have a great experience with them but this time it was bad...chicken was old and the tips were bad.

Food use to be hit and fresh-not lately Customer service-so rude with the wrong customers. Calling people liars when clearly there are cameras there to prove. Too busy of a place for one nasty attitude employee to be up front. Definitely needs to expand the location as well as hire a crew that actually holds up to “Kim’s Wings” Always check your food from here. Missing items are very real from here

I just left Kim's on Lakeshore I am now convinced that it's not the same anymore I won't be back
I go here often and have almost never had a bad experience. My order is always right and the food is always good. Only bad experience is a couple time I've gone within an hour of closing they were out of wings.

Just ordered a chicken dinner, and rib dinner, chicken was decent, ribs sucked azz!!! Couldn't even chew them they were so tuff,and tasted old af,never going to that store again!!!
