Food was good except the one pizza I got was not the right sauce I got the stuffed pretzel crust with cheese sauce and pepperoni and was given marinara sauce instead.. it’s ok just would’ve preferred cheese sauce instead..

Whenever they actually try, it's good. But when they don't, they don't cut your pizza, they barely put any sauce on there, the cheese doesn't even look or tastes like real cheese.

For the past month always go get my pizza from here an I this young lady is always running back in fourth making pizza an ringing up like is she the only worker she always has a smile on her face an make the pizza right with no problem but when I come at night sometimes it’s always a hassle the morning lady should work all day or manage the joint for real for real

Everytime I order from this place something in my order is wrong. They do not let you know if they run out of ingredients to make the pizza. I asked for a two topping pizza and find out it’s only one topping on it. They do not cut the pizza into slices. The breadsticks don’t even look like breadsticks just smushed dough that they just pulled out the oven. I would think that as good as their customer service is that the food would be just as such.

This is the second time that I’ve purchased a pizza from this location that appears as if it was made by a kindergartener. The first time I let it slide. The second time I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the teenagers who were working that day couldn’t give a refund without the approval of a manager. The cashier did FaceTime the owner, who asked me to write down my information and he would process my refund the next day — stating that he didn’t need my $7. Well bro, apparently you did. It’s been over a week and I never got the pizza or the refund. I’m all for hiring teens and giving opportunities, but a lack of training, work ethic, and customer service was very apparent. You may want to order from a different location or place all together on Friday evenings ?↕️.

Order delivery at 7:24 PM and got a message from DoorDash that the store was closed here. It is almost 24 hours later and still have not received a phone call I have been continuously trying to call the store and no answer so I then called and the one 800 number for delivery and got the runaround, blown off and was lied to, when you’re trying to feed your kids and you’re over an hour away for work you don’t expect a company to steal from you this one did Without a second thought.
