I've been waiting for two hrs going on 3 I bet an there no way to complain besides calling an they barely pick up cause there over there talking ignoring there jobs meanwhile I'm starving trying to figure if I need to get my money back an go else where it's ridiculous why hire people that don't care about how they affect is beyond me

Currently still standing in the lobby waiting on an order with a “promise time” which elapsed over 30 mins ago. The worker at the counter ignored me for the first 5 mins I was there waiting, then refused to give a time when I asked how much longer it would take.

Since walking in, 2 different people ordered a pizza and walked out before I received mine.

Far from the first time I’ve had horrible customer service. Far from the first late pickup. This will be my last time ordering here.

The fact that you depend on Doordash SAYS ALOT!! But to fail to give the Dasher my complete order THEN say "there's NOTHING you can do" has me permanently spending my money at the Willoughby location which is NOT my local Marco's BUT THE BEST MARCO'S!!! And they don't burn the pizza!!! MY DASHER, HOWEVER WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!!

This is my favorite chain pizza place. I have gotten pizza from this location before and it was as good as ever. At this visit however, my car battery had died, and so did my phone. I walked over to see if I could charge my phone to get some assistance. This was the only place I could find open after 10 pm. I asked an employee, and she in turn, asked the manager. The manager was so nice and seemed like she actually cared. I truly appreciate her kindness. Idk what I would have done if she had said no. Thank you so much!

Some short white woman that look like a boy, wuth short blonde hair, works here and she needs a reality check. Customer service is essential in a buisness. I came up there and she was beyond rude. For some reason I can't post the video. I was picking up a door dash order. PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY ARE NOT ANYONE BOSS. She gone come to me amd just tell me to confirm it. She didn't have no food in her hand, it wasnt near, and I couldn't see the food. I asked her where was the order and she lost her damn mind. In the door dash app after you confirm you are responsible. I asked a question and she proceeded to be disrespectful and walked off. I recorded the whole thing. She lied and said I canceled to cover uo her ignorant actions. Never had a problem with confirming an order but PLEASE atleast be getting the order together, have it visible, or communicate its done before yall be asking someone to confirm. It's common sense but yall hire ignorant employees and don't train them.

The manager Amber gave me a wonderful experience, I asked if she can break 100 dollars for me and she was able to work with me. Made me laugh and took her time with me due to not knowing what I wanted at first? but it was all around a fun environment to step in after a long day of work.

Missing ingredients. And this is what the sub sandwich looked like. Never been able to get an edible sub sandwich out of this location, they always look like this and have stale bread like this, and like they were assembled by someone who hates you

Never was able to get a refund for the inedible food, either. Store said they can only refund items the exact same day they were purchased…

They take delivery orders and don’t bother to tell you they don’t have drivers. Not sure what kind of scam they are running but go elsewhere if you want your food

I was on the phone for over half an hour trying to place an order. Three different people picked up asking me to hold during that period. I ended up hanging up and going to Marc's and got a frozen pizza. We were really looking forward to a delicious Marco's pizza. This is NOT the first time this has happened.

Order a piece of bowl and it was definitely not a piece of bowl. It was just a bowl full of sauce and cheese was supposed to be a meatball. I definitely didn’t receive that today was my first time At this location, customer service that wasn’t The best And I had to wait a while just for my order that was made for pick up and I would think that way in a whole hour for my order that my order will be fresh and decent but I’m so disappointed will visit this location ever again
