I ordered pizza online at 7:48 PM and was quoted a 20-minute delivery time. My order didn’t arrive until 9:38 PM, and I was not informed that it had been outsourced to DoorDash. When the pizza arrived, it was obviously cold.
I called the store to address the issue. After explaining the situation, her response was, “Okay, so what do you want me to do?” When I expressed concern about the two-hour wait compared to the quoted 20 minutes, she became agitated and stated they had no drivers and that the DoorDash order was out of her control. When I attempted to request a remake (I was willing to pick it up) or a refund, she hung up on me.
I called back and spoke with Ron, the store manager, who explained that the woman I had previously spoken to was the district manager. I was appalled by how rudely the situation was handled and that a district manager would hang up on a customer. Ron, however, was calm, professional, and understanding, and he promptly refunded my order.
While I appreciate Ron’s professionalism, the overall experience—especially the interaction with upper management—was extremely disappointing.

I called up and asked how my delivery was going and they said doordash was responsible for picking it up and before I could ask if I could pick it up instead, he says sorry and hangs up.

All of my pizzas were burnt and nobody wanted to answer the phone to make it right. Smh
The pizza is very inconsistent I been coming to this location for a month or so my pizza has been overcooked 3 times but the pizza I ordered yesterday was the worse the pizza was dry the cheese was barely melted almost like old pizza it wasn’t even hot to top everything off it was overcooked once again which means I have to eat it right the second

Ordered pizza and wings via online ordering order came to 60.26 website rejected my order, not once but 2 times, but still took my money from my account, called to make sure only got charged 1 time, staff was unable to help, so asked to speak to a manager, was on hold for 20 minutes, then they hung up on me. So called back wss on hold for 7min 58 seconds, when someone answered and immediately placed me on hold again. So now im on hold as of now another 19 minutes.. so evidentally im beinh charged over 120 dollars for food i m not getting.
Horrible service.. would not recommend..
i suggest ordering from Zeppis or another pizza parlor.. update now at 25 minutes on hokd a second time. This is ridiculous....
Order 2 pizzolis and wings. The wings didn't look fresh but weren't that bad the pizzolis were raw in the middle so I called the store a female answers and yells they're closed I told her I had a problem with my order without saying anything to me she put me on hold then hung up I called several times and got no answer

This is my second time getting a cheese pizza and it was cooked horribly. How do you mess up a cheese pizza. Those young kids that stand around and do nothing have to go. You need a whole new night crew and weekend crew. This was my last time ordering pizza from here.. 😡 So disappointed

Ordered delivery, arrived early but 1 pizza was incorrect. Called store immediately and was told that I would have to bring the incorrect pizza to the store. This defeats the purpose of having it delivered in the first place. This was their error. I have had issues with this location in the past that caused me to go elsewhere. I will order from another location or chain in the future.

Ordered a pizza, eta 730pm. Showed up at 940pm, after I called to cancel and waited on hold for 19 minutes. This location is a joke. Marco's has good pizza, but you're much better off ordering from another location. Leaving one star hurts, this should me negative.

I ordered a medium sausage pizza and wing dings over the phone . When I went to pick it up the place didn't look to clean and the music was really loud !! On top of that they were only accepting cash no debit cards I'm not sure if the register wasn't working or not. When took my first bite of the pizza it was extremely salty ! I called to let them know I couldn't continue to eat it after my second slice . I was told management would give me a call but i never received one so after that experience I won't be ordering from this place anymore .

Never has the gluten free available but still keeps it on their menu. Instead of contacting the customer to inform them of that, they send a regular crust pizza that the customer can’t eat. It’s ridiculous. Thankfully we were able to get a refund both times this has occurred, but it is ridiculous that it’s a reoccurring issue. Not only that, they forget to include items in the order all the time. This location is obviously not worth ordering from because they get it wrong every single time.
