When I showed up the dining room was spotless most of the employees in the front were busy. I placed my order at the kiosk and Kiyah showed up at the perfect time to help get those last few orders out. She even offered me ketchup for my fries and the food was amazing.

This place is disgusting. A female worker burped very loud and disrespectful in my ear while taking my order in drive thru. A male worker tried to hand me a hot latte in a plastic cup. It took them 15min to correct it made me late for work as I was refused a refund. Got to work and tried to drink my latte that took 15min and the whipped topping was so thick i couldn't get passed it and ended up tossing it in the trash.

Fifth time I’ve been to this location and every time I’ve had to wait twenty plus minutes for a small order. Currently still sitting here as I write this review waiting for a single breakfast sandwich that was ordered on the app nearly twenty minutes ago. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here any time soon. Either get more staff or better staff.

Coffee was cheap perfume flavored and made my pregnant girlfriend sick. Waited far too long in the rain for my coffee and one was sweetened and the other was completely black. Had to go inside to get my coffee after being told to wait at the third window. After asking for my coffee the employees had very terrible attitudes. Won’t be coming back.

The food is always fresh here, but the service is never friendly, nor fast. It's not a pleasant experience at all. I do curbside pick-up to avoid the grouchy staff and frustrated customers inside! God forbid you have to go in and get help at the counter, it's gonna come with a wait, and attitude.

Ordered online mobile order for counter pickup. Waited inside only a couple minutes. No issues. The counter attendant was nice. Food was fine / as expected. Could have just bit a tad bit warmer. I'd go back.

The short employee who handles customer checks is very bad. I came at 9:50 AM and she was uncooperative, shouting and had no manner of receiving customers. Her manner was provocative to me.

Early morning 6am-7am has no customer service training in taking orders! Shift always short on staff and slows down ordering in drive thru!

Long wait in drive thru line, and when I got to the window, they couldn't figure out what order was mine. I asked for Dr. Pepper, and they gave me Sprite. The girl at the window was very rude!!! If you don't like dealing with the public, then get a different job, easy as that.
