This was supposed to be a regular iced coffee… It had no ice, no cream, and no liquid sugar in it. When my husband asked for them to put cream and sugar in it, they said that it already had cream and sugar in it. It seems like a lot of different McDonald’s locations get confused when you order a regular iced coffee. It’s supposed to have liquid sugar and cream in it. But I’ve NEVER had a McDonald’s leave out the ice in an ICED coffee.

This McDonald’s is horrible I went there with my grandma there tone was rude and the fries were not even hot and they didn’t give me a straw but the man who gave my grandma the ice cream was nice so I will give them an extra star.

I hadn't done a review in a while before this visit to Micky Dee's and I was upset with myself for not checking my order before driving away, which, my Dad always did before he drove away from any fast-food establishment! My order? 2 fish sandwiches with no cheese and no tar-tar sauce and a chocolate shake. 14 dollars and change. I arrived at my destination 5 minutes later, open my bag and lo and behold..a fish sandwich WITH cheese AND tar-tar sauce! And a fish sandwich WITH just cheese...! I mean, shouldn't that have been a very easy sandwich to make? Just slap the fillet between the bunz and call it a day. Right? Good golly mister molly..! Well at least they got the shake right! Needless to say, I will not be back anytime soon and I would suggest to everyone visiting to check their order before driving away. The customer service here is sub-par and I would have been better off air frying a couple of Gorton's at home and putting them on burger bunz..Thumbs down to this Micky Dee's..My 2 cents...

Service was fine. But they messed up the order. I ordered plain quarter pounders and they put everything on it. Then they forgot the chicken nuggets.

I visited this McDonald's a few days ago and witnessed a disturbing incident. A man slipped on the wet floor and had to be taken to the ER. Shockingly, none of the employees came to assist him. There was a light-skinned male manager with dreadlocks who was especially rude and dismissive toward two female coworkers. This location is consistently disappointing, the food is often incorrect, and service is extremely slow. Easily the worst McDonald's l've experienced.

First, I do give consideration to the fact that it was late. However, late hours are a part of their business. I wasn't happy with the wait time, particularly because I had several children with me and had just returned from out of town. The problem was that once we got to the speaker to place our order, the gentleman spoke to us and then asked us to wait. In the process of order, he was making plans with someone in the background. The food cost a lot more than I anticipated, I gladly paid, only to find out that my order was wrong. I got chicken nuggets instead of the fish sandwich I ordered. I found out after returning home. I called the restaurant, but there was no answer. I called the main number, left a voice message, and never got a response. I don't plan to return to McDonald's, especially this particular location.
