the staff is completely unaware of what they’re doing, if you’re going in the store make sure you repeat your order name several times or else they will just forget what they’re doing and stand idle, some guy told me my order was coming out and then some girl grabs the orders receipt from under the counter and whispers to him and all i heard was “this is what he’s waiting on” and he presumably went on break after that, and i walked out

Got my food fast and delivery driver was very nice but took my food in and opened my wings to find out they were burnt to a crisp. I ordered them regular. I called back 15 mins to close cuz I did order late and no answer. I paid quite a bit for this food and tipped like always at least make my food right!

We order once a month to 2 times a month. But unfortunately We will no longer use this location. We had a mishap with a phone number so instead of ua getting our 50$ order it went back to store. We followed the tracker and watched as it went past our house (which is across from the police station). We called the store and where treated horribly by the manager. Im in customer service so I understand problematic customers. We are not. I was talked down to by manager. The re sent the order and it arrived completely cold and toppings slid to one side and a 2 hr wait. We will never order from them again. Beyond upset still a week later. No free pizza or discount could get us back. I need a personal apology from thr manager.

Horrible service. Too way too long to get my food was told 10 minutes to get it and still never arrived. They kept giving excuses over an hour and no food. Asked for a refund the person on the phone said ok and hung up he was very rude.

This is the best pizza place around here! I go to other places and thier pizza is doughy, always undercooked. And other issues with food. The employees at papa John's are so nice. I was in there a few days ago, had a big order..he accidentally dropped my box. A dip fell out. He was about to remake it!! I said no its ok,no food touched the ground. All 3 employees were so helpful! Gave me a 2 liter and cups and a insulated bag to put my food in. Great job guys! Wonderful customer service, delicious food everytime! Thank you!
I ordered pizza and wings from Papa John’s on Lakeshore and the pizza was fine but the wings were burnt. I called the manager of the store and he said they weren’t burnt so, see the picture see that they are burnt and he just lost a customer.

I called in an order for delivery. I spent $60 on two pizzas that were dry, no cheese and not very tasty. I’ve ordered from Papa John’s in Painesville and the pizzas were delicious and ample ingredients. I am very disappointed
