I have frequented this bar since I was 21(I’m now 28) and have watched it go downhill since taking new ownership. It smells repulsive like sewage, there was millions of flys & gnats (which I’ll give a pass considering it’s that time of year), sticky floors and bar counters, and the prices are crazy not to mention the 18% automatic gratuity added to bills $40 or more. And quite frankly our bartender didn’t provide the best service. She was doing okay, up until some men came in then it was like pulling teeth to get her to come back to service us. Overall rating 1/10 and I will not be returning.

Let’s start with its dirty and stank like rotten sewage. Food was 3/10. You can tell the grease was dirty. Drinks were OVERPRICED and shots were not even a shot so why charge $7? Gnats and flies flying around like someone died in there and the floor was sticky. Then to charge $2 to “toss” the wings is crazy. They need to just shut down
We didn't stay to eat. The tv's weren't working, and the sitting area that you step up on were infested with flies. I hadn't been in years since the bad review by the state inspector, so I was thinking I'd give it a try to see if anything changed.

If I Could Give You Zero Stars I Would! They way you priced gouged one of your most loyal customers is honestly disgusting, that man has been going there ever since that establishment has opened up and what you did to him was absolutely wrong and disgusting on so many levels at this rate you all are going to lose a lot of business behind this madness if I could give you all zero stars I absolutely would!!

It's perfect almost....lol,it took about an hour for our food to come and this new gratitude $20 for any orders over $40 and they still ask for tip..........other then that ,it's a great place for grown people to go and have a nice time , music was great, oh and the parking lot is kind of small .....lol ,still a very nice place to go I went on a Friday after work.
Parking: Just not big enough it may hold 20-35 cars max

Once upon a time Paradise Island as an amazing, welcoming establishment to enjoy food, beverages, music, sports, the vibes of family and friends. Unfortunately about the last 2-3 years that place has hit rock bottom especially with the obvious turnover in management…staff can just do whatever they want, talk to customers all kinds of foul ways, they only choose to serve their “regulars” and favorites. I haven’t been there in nearly two years myself but I’m definitely aware of what goes on there and I read up on this place. I have my own opinion and Paradise Island sucks and yes it finally needs Jon Taffer and Bar Rescue.

I entered 45 minutes ago and it took the bartenders 30 minutes to acknowledge I existed by far the worst food service I have ever seen in my life of going to bars. Bartenders needs to focus on everyone not just their friends that comes in the bar

My meal total for 2 ppl was $52. After "automatic gratuity and tax" it was over $65. New owners. I've never heard of a BAR adding 18% gratuity for less than a party of 4. Im a waitress myself and still consider this to be GREEDY. I won't be back. Oh, they did have the SMALLEST signs I've ever seen, mentioning the new gratuity charge. But it doesn't mention it on the menu ?♀️
