Do not order from here. The # is to a call center. They will never pick up the physical phone in the store. Ordered through the app, order says it was delivered, but never got it. Had to go through chat on the website to make sure I get my $ back. If you want to be pissed off and hungry, this is your spot.

ordered breadsticks at 12:30. was notified at 12:57 that they were done. waited for 25 minutes to find out that she had just put the breadsticks in, and that she confirms orders so that it doesn't look bad. but it would be another 10 minutes. unfortunately for me my lunch ends in 5 minutes. then she was pretending like it canceled when I have confirmation. going to have to dispute this on my credit card

I accidentally hit pick up instead of delivery I even left a tip thinking of driver. When I called to ask where my order was, they made me aware of my mistake. I asked if they could would deliver because I had been drinking. They said no, I had to pick up. Will not refund my money.

I normally order from here a couple times a month. Never had an issue. Last night I called to complain about the appearance, quality and temperature of my pizza. The manager Darlene states there is nothing she can do about it. gives me a bogus email address(tellpizzahut.com) that leads to nothing. I emailed corporate (pizzahut.com) and they replied to me with an auto generated email. Yall ruined our Saturday night dinner. All she had to do was remake the pizza or refund my money. How hard is that??

Not only did they make me wait more than 30 mins but the order was wrong as well, and the delivery driver they sent to delivery was absolutely the rudest delivery driver I’ve ever experienced since DoorDash has been a thing I will be back to either get this made right or a full refund this is highly unacceptable and you all should be ashamed for serving this because ain’t no way that’s a buffalo chicken melt…

This place has went downhill recently ordered a big dinner box and wings. And we got food poisoning and I could have sworn it was some type of glass or hard pieces of plastic in it. Horrible I will never eat here ever again
I'm so sick of these employees treating the customer as if they are doing me a favor by waiting on me! I would rather drive the extra miles an go to another location to get great food and customer service!

A disaster on all fronts. It's Pizza Hut, so food wise you know what to expect. The service, however, is atrocious. They do not communicate with each other so the staff is extremely disorganized. I could write a short essay on the amount of things that went wrong in 15 minutes. The staff got my order wrong twice, got my name wrong twice, and had my food under the wrong ticket so in the system I essentially paid $10 for nothing.

Ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut at 6:30pm for delivery to my house about a mile away. The pizza never arrived. I was told about 30 minutes. I waited for over three hours. No pizza. No call. No.idea what happened other than poor service.
Called "Pizza Now" also in Euclid about a mile away. They told me 30 minutes and the pizza was delivered 30 minutes later.
Avoid this Euclid Pizza Hut. It is a disaster from the Manager on down.

I made and PAID for a big order as usual. I did not receive everything. No one from the store is answering, I called customer service and was told someone would call me next week. The money was taken out immediately, why can't I have my money back immediately. Why can't I speak to someone at the store, the order came from. Why did the rep tell me that she is not allowed to try and reach the store nor give me a direct number.
