Doing Uber eats and the worker who’s receiving the truck was very rude. His pants sagging and green underwear showing. Not a representation of the store at all. This is the 2nd incident.

My pizza was horrible and half done. The manger was outside and left the crew by themselves. This place is horrible.

No clue why this location is still even open for business. Always an issue here when ordering food. You pay for delivery and end up picking up your own food. Food be undercooked at times so that may be depending on who’s working, food missing, toppings missing. This time I just never got my order. Sat waiting over 2 hours. Just still says preparing. Just do away with this location.

By far the most rudest people I have ever had to talk to on the phone. The individual just hang up the phone on me mid conversation because they have an attitude problem—all I wanted to know as to why the app said it was delivered when I didn’t get my , if it was a glitch then it’s a glitch but don’t work in customer service if you can’t keep your attitude in check.

Pizza still doughy. Raw flour is dangerous. We get sick... I won't be happy. For the record I don't play with complaints to the manger, I go over heads. I won't be calling y'all, I'll be talking to the person who decides who keeps their franchise or not. This post is simply your warning to start looking for new jobs.

Do not order from here. The # is to a call center. They will never pick up the physical phone in the store. Ordered through the app, order says it was delivered, but never got it. Had to go through chat on the website to make sure I get my $ back. If you want to be pissed off and hungry, this is your spot.

ordered breadsticks at 12:30. was notified at 12:57 that they were done. waited for 25 minutes to find out that she had just put the breadsticks in, and that she confirms orders so that it doesn't look bad. but it would be another 10 minutes. unfortunately for me my lunch ends in 5 minutes. then she was pretending like it canceled when I have confirmation. going to have to dispute this on my credit card

I accidentally hit pick up instead of delivery I even left a tip thinking of driver.
When I called to ask where my order was, they made me aware of my mistake.
I asked if they could would deliver because I had been drinking. They said no, I had to pick up. Will not refund my money.

I normally order from here a couple times a month. Never had an issue. Last night I called to complain about the appearance, quality and temperature of my pizza. The manager Darlene states there is nothing she can do about it. gives me a bogus email address(tellpizzahut.com) that leads to nothing. I emailed corporate (pizzahut.com) and they replied to me with an auto generated email. Yall ruined our Saturday night dinner. All she had to do was remake the pizza or refund my money. How hard is that??
