I'm going to just give this a place a 1 star. I have never known a place that is barely open and unwelcoming. Also, if you're going to cancel online orders, then put that on tje online service you use. Why would you have anyone pay (immediately) for a service you can't provide, and make someone wait for their refund (3 days)?!?! Foolishness

I originally placed an order for a fresh pressed juice around 8:35pm on DoorDash. My order was immediately canceled but I was basically ordering from outside the door so I walked in. When I walked in on February 25th at approximately 8:44, one of the workers, a light skin girl with curly knotless braids was sure to let me know her dissatisfaction by rolling her eyes and yelling out loud “oh my God”. After standing at the register not sure if my order would be taken or not because no one acknowledged I was there besides the girl that was yelling about what time it was. I ordered a 24 0z fresh pressed juice. While the same girl was making my drink she gave me a death stare like she was going whoop me. I come there all the time and it’s always the same thing. Everybody is mad that customers are coming in. It’s not surprising how many people left reviews about the bad attitudes of the workers. I need to find somewhere else to get juice where people have better customer service. They need an older adult there to supervise them

I just love Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar on Lakeshore!!! What I love THE MOST is their great customer service, clean and inviting environment, and the fact that they always get my order right and they provide professional and prompt service! I will be back soon!!!

I was in this location on 2/12/2025 approximately at 4:30 pm. The young lady that came in to work had a horrible attitude. The she acted like she didn't want to be there. Took her about 15 minutes to help the young man and the other young lady. The other young lady told her she was rude. She called somebody about a door dash order. Very rude young lady. Was not a friendly atmosphere once the young lady came in.

It was fine at first but about ten min another employee came in it went down hill she had a pink pulp shirt on walk around for about ten ten minutes worried to make a phone call my daughter and I wait for about 25 minutes for three smoothies we walk in aboutv4 .30 walk out about 25 minutes later there was a young man and a young small female then a bigger female walk to work but had a attitude

Business advertised they open at 10am. There were 2 employees in the store. I, along with other customers, waited outside in our cars, until 10:15, and they never opened the door or at least, advised they will be opening late. They just ignored us. Not good for business. Not cool. Drive to Willoughby location and experienced excellent service.

I was at this location today and the heat was turned off and thise young ladies working in there freezing. It is almost freezing weather outside and there is no way they should be working in there with no heat!! That is absolutely unacceptable!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

This mean light skin girl ruined the experience for me attitude was nasty and I called the manager he was on her side and laughing at the situation never going back !

Some of the employers and managers are not welcoming or inviting at this pulp location The drink has been good I just always grab the same drink the protein packer. But I don't want to spend my money or give my time being around people that don't have any humility for people in general that is what keeps the brand going is the customer too if there are bad reviews believe it that really don't look good at all. But for me I will not be extending my time to come to this pulp location again. I learn to be content with or without. But some of the employers and managers need to evaluate themselves not all the employers I mate some are really good hearted people I don't remember all there names but they know who they are and also all people should examine themselves we need to do better at treating people better the way we want to be treated ourselves. And no person is perfect. But we can try with a little kindness and a little laughter a little humility can go a long way. Especially for a brand or company that needs customers to continue business it really matters how we are what people and what we can do for someone else. Service is what we need it is very promising and rewarding in the end.

Customer service from the manger himself was absolutely terrible. His name was Micheal he called me restricted with no number to trace back to him about a messed up order I placed for a pb&g bowl and they forgot to put yogurt inside my bowl so basically I received all granola . He was very rude nasty and racist as well . Telling me I was lying about the order they would never do that . This man needs to be fired as a manager how unprofessional and rude he was is so sad that people like that work at places dealing with people he also hung up the phone on me and told me he was doing me a favor . I will be reporting him further to corporate. And making a stop up to pulp to see him face to face .

I went in today to get my smoothie, it was slow and several people were behind the counter, it took them all arguing about who was going to take my order and a few racially charged comments for someone to help, and let alone make my drink. The only girl working said that she didn't want to take my order because "she's white" I've never felt more disrespect in my life and shamed for the color of my skin in my whole life by one comment.

I had an absolutely amazing experience the music good they had the rnb playing that was the first thing I recognize great music taste I walk up to the register it was a dark skinned boy who took my order he was super funny very inviting my first time here they were so supportive in helping choose my first smoothie (pulp passion) they made it quick it tasted so good 10/10 yall they was talking while making my smoothie but the convo was funny yall. I love them I will be going back I recommend going at night y’all they gon get y’all right!
