This place has fallen off completely. Idk who they’re hiring but they need to run some serious past employment verification because there’s no possible way these people have worked in the restaurant industry before.
I placed 2 orders, 2 days in a row. Yesterday I ordered wings & waffle fries. The waffle fries were inedible because they were fried into a big clump and only partially cooked. Common sense working in the service industry, when frying frozen foods you HAVE to shake the basket during the cooking so the food doesn’t stick together.
Gave them another chance today, ordered chicken tenders and Doritos. I called the restaurant and idk who they have working the phones but she needs some training on phone etiquette. I mean, some SERIOUS training. I called to give instructions to the driver when they arrive, to CALL ME and not knock on the door. The driver arrives, and of course he doesn’t call me. I hear a bang at the door then he proceeds to open the screen door and bang on my actual door, even though it’s written on my ticket to CALL UPON ARRIVAL. Very annoying as I specified these instructions for a reason. Also they gave me the wrong flavor Doritos.
All in all, 2 strikes is all it takes. I’ll be taking them off my list for sure.
***UPDATE*** I gave this place a second chance, like a fool 🤦🏾♂️ ordered wings and they were RAW!!! Literally inedible. Fatigued is not the word. I tried and I tried and I tried. This location honestly need to restaff immediately before they lose ALL their loyal customers because now it’s becoming a HEALTH issue. You CANNOT serve undercooked chicken!!!!!!!

I haven't eaten at Rascal House in over 30 years, and the food was just how I remembered. Smaller in seating area, but the food stick packs the same punch it did in the college years. I'm glad my son is now able to experience it while he's in college.

The Indian lady that works there reads people credit card numbers and pin.i used to love coming here but she definitely makes me uncomfortable, then I started paying attention when I'm being rung up by someone, she comes and stands next to him and she's looking directly at what pin I put in. I changed it weeks ago. I've watched her do it twice.PAY ATTENTION!!

After they have had no power for a week. Thought ?. I give them some business. Order a large veggie supreme pizza ?. Tasted a little more creamy then usually. You must have save bad food then Got so ill . Had to call off work ugh ??.
Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly and the service is great.
Vegetarian options: Lots of options for pizza, pastas, subs and wraps with their offering of toppings and customizations for vegetarian. Also staff is very accommodating to specific orders. Vegetables are always fresh and plentiful, they are generous with toppings.

This is not the Rascal house we used to love. If you present your gift card for slices, they conveniently don't have pizza slices available...weird. looks like a scummy location to me now.
