My mother stopped in around 1:30 today on 7/30, she ordered a wing snack pack and a perch snack pack. She doesn’t recommend the chicken was gross. It had a nasty bitter tangy taste and the sauce….not good at all. Something wasn’t right. The taste was off! She’s highly disappointed. She doesn’t want to give any stars but I had to. She doesn’t recommend!

Man that old lady that work the counter as such bad customer service I hate I even left a tip for her I always come her for breakfast an the food wasn’t good the customer service was terrible we couldn’t even let our drinks sit there n the cooler until our food was done smh. We had to wait 30mins an it wasn’t even a line or DoorDash an Uncle Sam we need answers. Chicken an waffles are definitely considered breakfast where I’m from but ok I came today 7-3-25

I've never been here, but ordered tonight. I must say that the collard greens are the best I've had since leaving South Carolina!!! The cole slaw was sweet and so good. The wings were huge and quite tasty! The shrimp could had been cooked a few minutes longer but they were still good!! Trust me, I will order again!! The delivery driver even told me how good it was!!

New location at 6140 Broadway is TERRIBLE! Ordered Chicken & Waffles via Door Dash and they sent me a TINY chicken leg and small thigh that was old and dried up as if it had been left sitting out all day and my waffles were soggy and LIMP! Paid for extra syrup and extra butter, they sent me extra syrup and tartar sauce and ketchup that I didn't order and didn't need! How are you a Soul Food spot and you can't even get chicken and waffles right? If you can't do better than this, it's time to shut your Broadway Ave. location DOWN!

They just put my fish in a paper bag and forgot my coleslaw. When I asked for my coleslaw they gave it to me in a sauce cup. Literally it was one bite. The person at the register was extremely rude. I will never patronize this place again. The food did taste good except the coleslaw, but the packaging and customer service was horrible. Who packages fish and just throws it into the bottom of the paper bag. That's horrible m I tasted it just to taste it, but I ended up throwing it in the garbage because that's just disgusting to me

Really used to like this place. I called your Euclid store 3 times today and no answer… your site says your open… the lights on the building say your open. But nobody answers the phone or comes to the front counter… yea this generation sucks. You want the community to support you, you better start doing right by your community.

I was disturbed with Orkin pest control being inside the premises. They came in spraying their chemicals inside the place while food was being prepared. Also, mice traps were being placed down as well. I understand that this type of thing needs to be addressed, but not doing business hours while customers are in the establishment. Not good Sam. Not good.
