I'm so tired of these restaurants giving customers what they want. Tonight I placed an order waited 30 minutes before heading there then still waitinged another 30 minutes only to have the wrong order. I paid for shrimp rolls with loaded fries, 2 chicken Phillies with plain fries was charged $40 When I got my order I was late so I only glanced at the food noticing that my fries were not loaded, I immediately called the guy lied and said he didn't charge me for it but he did. It's the only thing we order so I know the price difference. Nevertheless I chalked it. Then when I gave my daughter her food it wasn't even shrimp it was chicken rolls. I called and got no resolve talking about bring the food back tomorrow for a store credit. I'm tired of these subpar restaurants and their mediocre customer service!

I had decided to give them a second chance from how they did me last time with some small ass chicken wings. This time I ordered my usual chicken and fry combo and the fries was so hard and nasty as if they refried some old fries. I'll never go back to this location

This place needs to be inspected BAD! For BUGS/ROACHES. Me and my boyfriend spent $35 roughly around 10:40pm, 20 minutes before they closed. We came home he ate half of his food and I ate all of mine……. I begin to see an ADULT ROACH BUG, crawl out of his food box and around the box in circles… a fat ass roach, I wish I had money to sue or a number to call and report but this is ridiculous. I’m going up there now to see if they will give me my cash back, if not I’ll ask for their corporate number and just dispute my charge!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! ROACHES!!!!

I ordered the vegetables rolls and fries. They was disgusting ? the vegetables on the inside looked old and spoiled. The fries was extremely salty. After eating the food I started feeling pain in my neck. I was dehydrated and had to pull over and hydrate myself before I went back to work. I will never eat there again. Do better!!!
The service was poor and the food was worst than hospital food . After eating the food it caused pain in my body. I also found hair in my salad?Worst experience I have ever had!

This is probably my first review ever on google but the food I had today was absolutely horrible. The amount of salt or seasoning they put on my steak Philly wrap was enough to send someone to the hospital. I honestly ate the fries and left the wrap. I eat at the subcity in maple heights all the time and have never had this problem. I' eat out often and this is by far the worst tasting food I've ever had from a food place.

Okay I haven't had submitted in a while order the chicken, steak, shrimp rice bowl also steak soul rolls when I tell you that it was so super salty I couldn't eat it come on now we got to do better especially when you are paying almost 30 dollars for some food lesson learn .

Great customer service! I used door dash and they were out of some things on my order. It was fairly late so that was understandable. They called me and let me know, and automatically added substitutes. The lady that called me was polite and very well spoken. I order here frequently and the food is always hot and fresh!
