Following my recent dining experience at your establishment, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the meal I received. The order, for which I remitted $22.99, was served at an unsatisfactory temperature, and the rice portion appeared to be smaller than previous orders. I would appreciate it if you would consider remaking my order or providing a refund, given that I experienced a wait time exceeding thirty minutes.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered 3 items. 1 item (chicken philly) was missing all together. Steak Philly wrap and fries were soaked in grease. And the steak philly and wing combo arrived as an empty bun and grease covered wings

Placed an order at 6pm thinking they don’t close until 11 like the website says. We call up about our order and the stay was rude and all they could say is “we’re closing early” when asked about a refund they replied “go to wherever you order thru”

The grilled chicken was actually really good, but it felt like they were low on lettuce. Customer service needs serious improvement and the place could use some cleaning and care. Great food though—there’s potential if they tighten things up.

I placed an order for a chicken, steak, & shrimp potato with broccoli added with no onions or peppers. The overall taste was very well seasoned far as the potatoe but shrimp was overcooked & tough, I think it should be an option not to have meat shredded up like it was because it take away from being able to taste the difference in the meat but cashier was nice over the phone and in store.

I was so ready to give a bad review.......the wait was 20mins longer than told. The attitude was great and when he told me he put everything in one box...i was annoyed BUT WHEN I GOT HOME THE FOOD WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY PREPARED WELL THAT I NOW UNDERSTAND MY WAIT. SAUCE ON THE WINGS INSTEAD OF IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX, FRIES WERE COOKED EXACTLY LIKE I ASKED AS IF I DID IT MYSELF. THE STEAK PHILLY I COULDN'T PUT IT BACK DOWN AFTER THE FIRST BITE. THANK YOU! I KNOW THE LONG DAYS CAN GET TO YOU FELLAS BUT FIND A WAY TO PUT A SMILE ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY YOUR FOOD PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE.

Food was fantastic. Waited over an hour standing there Even though they said 15min. Everytime I come it is 45min to 1+ hour even when they are slow. Staff was rude and could care less about customers. Restaurant was a dump. People parked out in the street where there is posted no parking signs!
