Worst subway around.
Customer service sucks. The manager hung up and won’t answer the phone after stealing my money. It’s not the first time this has happened. Food is old and not fresh. They never honor the promotions you see on tv . Plus the food prices are higher than other subway locations.

Terrible customer service and money hungry owner. Card was charged no food delivered. Was told to come up to the restaurant for a remake and was denied that too. The people at this location have terrible comprehension skills I’ve had more intelligent experiences with toddlers. 0/5 Stars.

I was asking the guy franchise owner I guess a question, he rudely slammed my receipt and said look at the receipt. I got charged the higher price for an ultimate sandwich but ordered a regular sandwich. The sandwich makers were nice 1 African American lady 1 African American man, and 1 white girl. He HELPED THEM DO NOTHING!! All his bald head ass did was walk up to the register and cash you out. Those 3 were good enough to make the sandwiches but not ring out customers. You can tell he’s a racist for real!

I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. Thank y'all for the GREAT customer service!

Had delivery of Tuna sandwich, too fishy tasting, drowned in mayo. The Ultimate BMT was good lots of veggies but drowned in mayo and mustard. Chill on the condiments and you'll get a 5 star review.
