“I was riding by and so happen to catch the name with my eyes, I've heard of mama Joyce's but I didn't know they were right on Lee rd. I decided to check them out I had the catfish sandwich on white bread no cheese extra tarter sauce and added onions as well as a side of dirty rice, I ordered my wife a wing dinner fried hard with greens and Mac and added a side of yams, I waited about 35-40 mins, when I say the food came out piping hot and tasted like each dish was just made individually for me!!! The catfish was so hot crunchy on the outside inside was soft it melts in your mouth, if anyone is familiar with Hot Sauce Williams the catfish tasted just like theirs use too when it was fresh and hot I took a half of a bite and one chew and it brought back beautiful memories of Hot Sauce Williams, seasoned to perfection, the wings were piping hot and crunchy seasoned perfectly the Mac and cheese was homemade fresh great cheese pull taste wonderful the greens were dam near perfect I like to add chilli flakes and or hot sauce to mine but once again they were hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly the yams were perfectly sweetened not too sweet and the juices weren't overly thick and sweet the yams were very tender but still had bite they were perfect. Lastly was the cornbread with fresh corn baked inside which was a very pleasant surprise cornbread was very good baked to perfection cornbread was very tasty and moist I'm sure the soul bowl with corn bread base would be to die for lol, the MJ sauce was also a surprising little touch the sauce is sweet and tangy with a nice spicy finish I enjoyed it on both the fish and chicken, my wife was hooked, she tried to come back today but unfortunately I think they are closed due to the snow storm but I will be returning this week haha excellent job guys!“

“I am from Cleveland, East Side Glenville, and I know some B&M BBQ. My favorite is the one on 105th, original OG, and even when I return home from Virginia, I stop at the 105th location, especially for my ribs. You can see them grilling them and smell and taste the charcoal. Just here today, 1/16/2025, and got some ribs right off the grill, and man, they live up to my expectations. I left Cleveland for the military in 1978 and never forgot B&Ms. Sometimes, like this visit, I drive from Richmond, Virginia, primarily for some B&M Ribs and Wings. “You come here for delicious one-of-a-kind subs not the atmosphere as it's just a take out kind of place. The food is delicious and they have lots of your favorite comfort foods to choose from. Their stuffed mushrooms are popular and so is their Italian sub with pepper relish. Prices are reasonable for this type of food.“
