Victory Bistro Ultra Lounge

My business standard for a bar is that bartenders should acknowledge every person that walks through the door. Look up and acknowledge people I want people to get the welcomed spirit. You want people to spend there money in your business snd you want them to come back. I noticed that the bartenders take food orders and drink orders. Seems to me they acknowledge there regulars. But not so much for the new comers. I waited patiently close enough to the bar to order with the first bartender nothing I walked to the other end and five to ten minutes is long enough for a beer and never I was acknowledged. So I walked away. I was hanging out in the hallway and was able to meet the bartender carrying a food item out to a car. She brought me back a couple of warm Heineken's. Im just saying. I had been in the bar 45 minutes. It was the DJ, that had the bar spirit playing good music and acknowledging people.

Disappointing! Normally good so I won't tank them but the cook was out sick. Any other time these wings are amazing.I just couldn't get them that day.

I only ordered from doordash I really like their honey lemon pepper wings everything that I checked that's what I've tried before and they don't have chicken alfredo I don't know why that's on there

Victory Bistro lounge is very nice place to get out and enjoy yourself for day time or night time entertainment and has very good food.

Horrible customer service! Bartenders move slow as hell and can't even handle the smallest of crowds. Especially on tuesdays. The manager is rude as hell and does the bare minimum to help Bartenders even if it gets

Customer service isn’t the best on most days. I’ve visited this bar several times to know. Idk what it is with our businesses and customer service but we fail most times. One day I was the first in for tacos and the last to get mine because I wasn’t a know patron. Don’t waste your time hear if you’re looking for a quality
