The quality of the service here has dropped dramatically. My previously high review will be updated to reflect those changes. To start, the food is often incorrect and the issues are so minor and simple they shouldn't be happening at all. I received a combo with no fries, BBQ sauce but no nuggets and a number of other issues.
The lobby is frequently closed much easier than it's supposed to be and a few times we've found they stopped taking orders hours before as well. The staff will mostly just sit in there. The past few days we went no one was on the speakers at all and the lobby was locked. The place looks like it's been abandoned entirely.

Absolutely ridiculous! Line was held up so bad that we had to wait in the road for the line to move. I Uber with my four year son who is autistic and my husband and use this as a way to get out of the house and my son loves night drives. Anyways if y'all are under staffed hire people and don't take 30 minutes to an hour to help people. Do y'all's jobs. Y'all don't get paid to just play around y'all get paid to take orders and help.
I’m here know we waited for somebody to at least acknowledge we were at the drive thru didn’t know if it was broke very rude Very bad customer service they should’ve been like please wait. That’s all they had to do instead of just sitting there like this is broke cause we don’t want to sit there every time I come here, there’s a problem. Your staff needs talking to bad bad customer service.

I am currently TRAPPED IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER AN hour. My cars about to run out of gas and I’m stuck here. I’m an uber driver. Not only did this cost me a huge amount of money- I am currently waiting in the POLICE FOR HELP

been waiting in line over 30 mins get by the drive thru screen to order 112 am telling us at 146 am they are closed suppose be open 2 am is bs getting old
Every time I buy from Wendy's it's crap, they don't put ice in the sodas or juices, nobody wants to drink something hot. They should check the orders two or three times, it's always the same.
Absolute worst Wendy’s. Waited in line for entirely too long, just to get the wrong order. Young disrespectful kids. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Getting a hold of someone is damn near impossible I have been calling ALL day yesterday and now even this morning with no answer! They owe me my paycheck and I had to come outta state to deal with a medical emergency and the unprofessionalism is amazing. I was told by the GM they don't bother to answer the phone because they only have one.

I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes before placing an order! We work hard for gas money to sit in a line for 49 minutes to order 7$ of food!
