Every time I buy from Wendy's it's crap, they don't put ice in the sodas or juices, nobody wants to drink something hot. They should check the orders two or three times, it's always the same.

Getting a hold of someone is damn near impossible I have been calling ALL day yesterday and now even this morning with no answer! They owe me my paycheck and I had to come outta state to deal with a medical emergency and the unprofessionalism is amazing. I was told by the GM they don't bother to answer the phone because they only have one.

The Young staff is the most polite staff I've experienced in years!!!eventhough I had to pull over and eaut foe my order, I didn't mibd waiting becayse she was so genuinely polite. And the young man that brought out my order handed me my bag with a smike and saud Thank You! I shouldn't be surprised but it's been a long time!!!

It wasn't very pleasant and the food wasn't great. The chicken nuggets were cold and seemed old. The burger was smashed and the corners of it was soggy. The lemonade was delicious! Customer service was subpar. DEFINITELY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

I ordered a Baconator, Chili Cheese Fries, and a Cinnamon Pull Apart for delivery thru DoorDash around 7:30 pm on October 6, 2024. I don't order from this restaurant much anymore because my orders are almost never made correctly. This time was the worst ever. The bacon on my Baconator was hardly cooked at all and was almost raw so I had to throw the bacon away. There was no chili at all on my Chili Cheese Fries--none. I guess that means they were out of chili which means if I had of ordered chili I would not have gotten any even though I paid for it. My Cinnabon was hard and stale so I threw it away. The employees that made my order should be ashamed of themselves. They have no self respect or respect for the customers who are spending good money for this garbage. I will never order from this place again.
