Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

Food was ok, fries are always soggy. I've the garlic parm flavored chicken tenders, the ran h is soo good. Customer service was ok, food took a while, it's always busy lol

Didn't know this is credit card only I had cash but they said credit card only !!! so I ended up going to BP they got wings and they're pretty good and you can pay with cash !!

As someone who frequently comes here I know about the wait and order ahead. I watched some man get super aggressive about the wait with a young white lady who works here. She handled it beautifully. Wanted to shout her out for her great customer service skills because I was doing MY best not to go off on him. Order ahead and give them extra time this is a busy ass location. Don't get mad at the employees they are doing their best in that tiny kitchen. If you want your food faster I'm sure they are hiring 😘 -Love your pregnant regular who craves wings every night 🩷💙
Made me wait 40 minutes for my food while the whole team sit there and gossip then give me an attitude when I asked about my food!

Packaging matters As you can see in the picture we ordered 2 different flavored wings and they chose to put them both in this same container. Not to mention it was not appetizing we were very disappointed wont be seeing this Wingstop again in the near future

I placed an order for the Mayfield Hts location on 08/12/2024 at 8:08 pm. I arrived at the Mayfield Hts location to pick up my order but they didn't have my order. My order was sent to the Euclid location instead. I contacted the Euclid location, explained what happened and was told I'd receive a refund in 10 - 14 days. I then reordered my food at the Mayfield Hts location at 8:41 pm. As of 11/25/2024, I have still not received my refund from August 12th. I contacted my bank and was told Wingstop Euclid location never cancelled the order. I contacted the store again, only to find out my refund was never processed. I called the store multiple times, only to be keep being promised a called back from the general manager or the regional manager. I still have not received a call back. This is unacceptable! I have been treated rudely, lied to, still haven't received my refund. It seems as if no one cares about this incident or my refund. I spend a lot of money at Wingstop and I have always received great service until now. As customer, I am very disappointed!
