Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

Please clean up the litter around this Wingstop dumpster and the very smelly food stains around the dumpster and in trails from the door to the dumpster. It smells so very bad and it looks terrible. It just makes me feel like Wingstop is disrespecting our community so much. It’s not an isolated event, it’s often or always like this with all the trash around the dumpster and the food waste on the ground. Disgusting.

I ordered a good amount of food to feed my family for dinner spent $48 dollars to not even get all of my food I paid for. Whoever Jt is seems like they don’t ever put all my things inside the bag, I’ve been trying to try the corn bites & every time they forget them. & whoever fills up the drinks when ordering off doordash, is disrespectful because why would yall put a sip of sprite in the cup

The worst Wingstop in OHIO I’ve ever been to the fact that they have a dine in area with no bathroom the online order took over 2 hours it’s ran by kids they yelling and screaming at each other as a customer I shouldn’t hear there conversation cashier yelling at customers on the phone saying it’s 11pm when they close at 12am place is NASTY DO BETTER!!!!!

I was charged twice on my debit card for two separate orders two separate stores! No one will call me back and no one will respond to the complaint I made at the corporate office. This has been going on since JUNE!!! Went in the store in the manager is no help will not give me district managers name just keeps brushing me off.

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

I ordered carry out at 7:13 said 20 wait got there around 7:40 after waiting 10 minutes, they told me they just dropped my chicken didn’t get my food till 8:25…. Then when I made it home open and looked I was shorted 5 wings . This is just ridiculous.

This is so ridiculous. This place has not been open no longer than two years. I’ve been here four times and they messed up my order every single time I’m not understanding how hard it is to read a simple ticket. I don’t get it every time when I call, this is the first time I called in my order, got rectified the other two times it did not get fixed the other few times they should be ashamed of their self. Somebody need to reach out to me. I am so tired of spending my money here and my orders keep getting messed up time and time again even when the order is messed up the grease the oil the sauce is spilling out onto the bed in the bag is greasy and oily. Is this what you do is this what you all are about then on top of that the service, a slow and sloppy people in the back come up to the front and like to talk to the cash register lady or guy and that person on the register is FaceTime in while she’s taking orders answering her phone. Why do you have a line, you guys need to clean house…!!
