Good food, but the wait is not worth it. I ordered food at 6:46. Came in at 7:20 and got told they still haven’t started my order and would be another 15-20 minutes when my food was supposed to be done between 7:02 and 7:07. I have a 13 hour drive to make and now I’m stuck waiting on food that should been done. But none of their employees want to be on top of orders so they backed up? Either, hire better staff or something. Because I sat here watching only one or two working while the rest stood around talking.

Ordered food online AN HOUR prior to the pick up time. Arrived about 5 minutes after the time for food to be ready and it wasn’t. Waited 30 minutes and they told me it would be 5-10 min. After another 15 minutes I asked for a refund, considering I had waited an hour already for my food. They told me I had to wait no matter how long it took and they would not issue a refund. Meanwhile the cashiers boyfriend and friends came in and ordered and got their food before me. She has time to kiss and hug on her boyfriend but not get my order ready. DO NOT go to this wing stop. Drive to south Euclid, drive to the west side, go ANYWHERE but here.

The garlic Parmesan suck… at least Buffalo Wild Wings as some taste of garlic and heat… yours have absolutely no flavor!!! Fries are better than Buffalo Wild Wings.
