If you’re going to buy something for dinner you wait for it’s good, but they don’t give you all the wings on a single plate and everything bad, honestly it looks disgusting people are always talking and playing the workers that unpleasant.

I ordered an Uber eats delivery from this location and They sent me the most burnt fries I’ve ever purchased . When I called to complain , the manager was not very polite or professional and didn’t care or offer to make it right. The manager name is Jay .. at least that’s what he told me! Generally they’re always rude though!

It’s a cool little location for Euclid. I ordered online and my food was ready upon arrival. Cashier made sure I checked my bag which I’m glad since they forgot my ranch. Only downfall is that if you’re picking up food and someone is placing an order, you may wait a minute. Fries could’ve been better. The fountain isn’t self serve, you have to tell the cashier what you want. Hot honey is top tier flavor.

Do not go there it smells like weed the whole store which is very unprofessional! This was my mom first time eating there and she didn’t know that them tenders come atomically dipped ! So explained that she didn’t know and if it’s possible if they could make another one and put sauce on the side , they got mad and said they didn’t want to make any more , and they couldn’t give her a refund and if they was they had to put her personal card information in they OWN cellular, after that we asked for another order of them then and they ignored us ! The manger was so rude and unprofessional , don’t waste your time and go there
