The service here was amazing but that is it. The girl we had was I must say was awesome and she I am guessing is the best server in the joint. She is the only reason this place gets 3 stars over 2.
After living out of state for many years, I wanted to come here for some wings. Now I remember why It has been 20 years since I came to a BWW! The food is terrible. I had the buffalo wings and the person I was with had the street tacos which I tasted and they were okay and actually better than the wings.

every time i order food here something is wrong. i ordered a salad. they had the wrong sauce on it. asked them to remake it and i have been waiting over 30 minutes for it. it's a salad. how hard is it. they also forget all the sauces i pay for every single time. the service is horrible and the kitchen staff either just doesn't care or is brain dead.

Too crowded. They did not have enough servers. This put stress on the workers, who still maintained professionalism. Items were delayed for the reasons stated above.
I paid $30+tip for fresh chicken and they still made me wait for stale chicken(leftovers) that they serve during lunch time. I should have known better. LAZY!!! I was very disappointed that I wasted my time and money. That's WHY I haven't been and LONG time.. some things NEVER change!

Decided to go eat out to watch the Ohio state game. Decided on the classic buffalo wild wings. Had a great time, got the ultimate nachos plus the Parmesan garlic boneless wings. Food was good, it did seem to be lacking something that we couldn't put or finger on until we realized that it didn't seem to have as much salt as we're used to. Don't get me wrong it was appreciated, won't say no to eating healthy, but did feel like the fries at chips at least needed a little something extra. Otherwise service was fine, busy as it was a game and to be expected. Employees were very helpful and took time to help us get a game on the TV.
Parking: Parking is fine. If it fills up in the parking lot there is another parking lot just across the way.
Wheelchair accessibility: Location has handicap parking right near the door with ramps.
We always have a great time there and have fun joking with our server.

The food is so cheap, but the price is really steep. The ice water was made to perfection as well as the ice tea. The wings are small and the fries over cooked. They do have a lot of different sauces. The atmosphere was what you expect, nothing to get excited about. The real reason I don't want to go back is how you pay. If your paying with a card you have to scan a QR code, no problem. Except, twice the app didn't work, nor did forgoing the app and using a browser. It took longer to try and pay then the meal itself, when we went to the register to pay everything worked fine. I doubt we will ever go to Buffalo Wild Wings again.
