Highly recommend checking your takeout order before leaving the restaurant. We order from here often and more times than not, they forgot the condiments that come with the meal (I.e mustard cheese with the pretzel knots), sides and additional sauces that are paid for at the time of purchase. In addition, they are unwilling to make the situation right unless we drive back to the store. In which, I would be eating cold food for the things that they forgot in the first place. Bottom line, check your orders before leaving.
Waited 3 minutes or so with no interaction. Only a few tables with customers so they weren't bustly at all.Young lady comes from the back and says "You two can follow me". We follow her toward the back of the dining room past at least two tables and floors that were covered with spilled food and crumbs with no sign of anyone coming to clean them.When we get to the back corner table, the hostess sets down a couple menus and walks away without a word.Horrible customer service and dirty floors and tables. We didn't stay to try the food. Not what we're used to from Bdubs.

I started going to Beavercreek Buffalo Wild Wings frequently with coworkers and the server there, Todd, keeps us coming back! Todd always remembers us. He makes every experience the best. Todd jokes with us, has fun, and now feels like he’s apart of our group. If you go there, ask for Todd, you’ll never be disappointed!

My first time at Buffalo Wild Wings . If I could would have gave a 0 star, the workers here are very disrespectful, they purposely ignored us so they would have to give us any service, we arrived at 11:25pm and they close at 12am that’s plenty of time to serve us.

One cashier was talking loudly about customers was not friendly rolled her eyes at me and my niece I guess for interrupting her free time and laughing at customers. The second cashier was total opposite she was polite smiling told the other girl to shut up even and was quick to take care of us so thank you to the nice blonde with piercing and smile on her face the whole time your a doll I wish they was all like you.

Whoever the bartender was tonight was more concerned about her conversation than service. She didn't come to check on me until I got her attention twices . I literally took out money and started laying it on the counter and had a pile before she noticed she was too busy conversing Whith the 2 young men at the end of the bar! !! I was disappointed and upset by the time I left 10/10 would not recommend!!!
If I could give them one star, I would I ordered this without sauce on it. They put sauce on it took it back and then they forgot pretty much all the original toppings that come on this I didn’t get the slaw on it nor the fries they legit gave me bread with a few onions. The chicken was not crispy. The chicken is super cold. This seems to be an ongoing issue anytime we order at night. This is my last time ordering from there I will go to a different one. Save your self the time and money and go to a different one

Usually when I get the traditional wings I don’t have any complaints. I ordered six pieces and 5/6 wings had feathers on them. I tried to pick them off and eat around it but lost my appetite. Pretty expensive wings with feathers… they did take it off the bill which was nice. But I most likely won’t be going back.

Ordered 20 wings from here and only got 17 for 30 bucks, the wings was extra hard and dry as sandpaper on the inside the box was falling apart like it’s almost possible you will be eating cardboard on your wings. I will never spend money with this company again and this isn’t the first time this
