Don’t go to this location at Noon during the weekdays. The SAME person almost everyday claims that their registers are down and they aren’t able to take any orders. Once or twice, maybe. But when it becomes an everyday thing, this is no longer a coincidence, they’re purposely not taking any orders and wasting peoples time. Noon is literally lunch hour and I waste most of my 30 minute lunch if I even try to go there. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
I went through the drive-thru this evening and when I got home my entire order was wrong. I spoke with a woman named Brandi and she was very understanding. I went back and they made everything over and I was on my way with the corrected food. She was very apologetic and extremely sincere. So shout out to Brandi for showing me customer service still exists.
