I used the drive-thru, and there was a mistake with my order. I went inside and was met by an employee who appeared to be leaving. She asked if she could help me. I explained that we were missing an item, and handed the receipt to her. She immediately got the missing items for me, no questions asked.
I wish that I would have asked her name, as I was impressed with her customer service.
